She is amazing! Thorough, thoughtful and attentive. She does not rush her appointments and therefore you may wait a bit longer to see her—but you can be assured she will pay attention room to the details. She is very responsive by email as well! I really do value her dedication to her patients!

Dr. Phillips is an awesome physician who actually takes the time to talk to her patient to obtain a better understanding of how to to treat the patient. She is very understanding and compassionate. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I went to Dr. Phillips for approximately 9 years, and I've always loved her. The only reason I left is because I moved 8.5 hours away. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She makes me feel valued as a person, instead of treating me like "just a number." I am an RN, and I have always appreciated that we actually discuss my health concerns and bounce ideas off of each other (instead of other doctors that may blow things off or not listen to my opinion of what's going on with my own body). She truly cares, and she has even called me after hours when she wanted to follow-up. The only negative comment that I have is that as the office has grown, sometimes things are a little less organized than I would want. Even with this, the office seems like they are working on improving their work flow and organization. I highly recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone looking for a doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Phillips for the past 4 years. She is very knowledgeable but her demeanor is kind of off-putting. I have never felt relaxed with her. And I never feel like I get a great visit with her. Also there is always a long wait to see her even with scheduled appointments. I have had a few potentially serious tests done and each time I have had to call and get the results instead of getting a call from the office. Most often the call back is right at closing time. So if I miss the call then I don't get my results until the next day or on Monday. On a side note, Dr. Phillips and her staff are very respectful with the patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Phillips for the past 4 years. She is very knowledgable but there is a lack of connection that a patient should have with their doctor. Dr. Phillip's manner seems very forced and it can sometimes be awkward. Every time I go it feels like the first meeting with a new doctor. Also there has been issues with wait times on multiple occasions. There is also always a lack of response on test results. I always have to call to get them and then the return calls come in right at 5. So if I miss the call I have to wait until the next day to get my results. Unfortunately, I will be going to see a new doctor this year.

When I had to move, I was afraid I wouldn't find another Dr. that would give my child the same type of care. I was wrong, She is that much and more. I will recommend this Dr. To anyone looking for someone new.
