I went to Dr. Phillips for approximately 9 years, and Ive always loved her. The only reason I left is because I moved 8.5 hours away. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She makes me feel valued as a person, instead of treating me like just a number. I am an RN, and I have always appreciated that we actually discuss my health concerns and bounce ideas off of each other (instead of other doctors that may blow things off or not listen to my opinion of whats going on with my own body). She truly cares, and she has even called me after hours when she wanted to followup. The only negative comment that I have is that as the office has grown, sometimes things are a little less organized than I would want. Even with this, the office seems like they are working on improving their work flow and organization. I highly recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone looking for a doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Phillips for the past 4 years. She is very knowledgeable but her demeanor is kind of offputting. I have never felt relaxed with her. And I never feel like I get a great visit with her. Also there is always a long wait to see her even with scheduled appointments. I have had a few potentially serious tests done and each time I have had to call and get the results instead of getting a call from the office. Most often the call back is right at closing time. So if I miss the call then I dont get my results until the next day or on Monday. On a side note, Dr. Phillips and her staff are very respectful with the patients.

I have only had one appointment with Dr. Phillips but she seemed knowledgeable and efficient. My only concern was that she seemed a little timid and not really relaxed. I also felt that some concerns that I had were kind of brushed off. The nurses were great and professional.
