I would give 0 stars if it would let me. The office staff is absolutely incompetent, rude and unprofessional. You don’t see the dr i scheduled an apt with him ans when i get there for my appointment they stated he’s old and due to Covid is not seeing patients. Every time you call you get different answers they won’t take a message unless you explain to a receptionist your medical issue and why you want to speak with a dr.

This place sucks the nurse practitioner trys to help you out but Dr Kutrrie is the problem he is the reason I want br coming back !

DO NOT GO THERE. If i could give them -5 stars i would. The front desk lady is so rude. Took my mother for a referral since she moved out of state here and needed a follow up for a mammogram (she has a mass that was being monitored where she lived) and a cyst in her back that has been an ongoing issue. 2 weeks in, she is STILL waiting on a referral for it, mind you she gas gone and payed 4 times already. They will be quick to take your money but not quick to help you. We went back to complain and to get our results because at this point we are done. We were told the guy that was suppose to send the referral was on vacation and didn't come back till the next day. And she blurred out some my mothers result in the lobby with other patients present, breaking the HIPPA law. This is ridiculous and no one should go through this. Specially with something as important.

This Dr. Katkuri has been one of the best Dr.'s my family. His way of keeping us happy and well is absolutely what we was looking for after a 14year Doctor Change. His staff and nurses and front office are friendly and feel like home with them all!

Dr K is compassionate and brings a world of knowledge. He diagnosed my anemia right away and took blood. Problem solved the next day.

As of June 8 2020 they are not taking walk-ins call ahead to schedule an appointment for best service.

Nice, friendly staff, and Doctor Katkuri is great but if your time is important to you, find another PCP. Your time doesn’t mean anything to the staff here and I’m 3/3 on waiting nearly and hour to be seen. This isn’t a free service and it’s unacceptable that they try to squeeze in so many patients when they clearly can’t see them all in the times they promised.
