Was a great experience with Dr loftis
We waited for 2 hours and 45 min to be seen. This is unacceptable. We already had an xray taken at a walk in clinic and it was burned on a disc for the provider to look at. They didn't even take a new xray of her hand. There is no reason for a 9 year old child to wait almost 3 hours for a cast. The provider saw her for approx 10 min. The nurse continued to complain about how many back injuries they had to see before my daughter could be seen.
Judah was taken care of, and the staff was so kind. He was so relaxed during the xray and casting process. This was all new to him. Thank you all for your attention.
Very professional and efficient.
Such a great experience! Ms. Wilder throughly explained my injury and next steps!
so caring & understanding ❤️
Blake Luna was very thorough. He took his time to ask questions, listen to my concerns and answers and explained my diagnosis clearly. I would definitely see him again. Thank You
I mean they can’t do much, they won’t give anything but steroid pack which takes days to take effect or offer physical therapy which I’ve went through for 3 months, 3 to 2 times a week. Better off just scheduling yourself with the real drs, which are like 100 ft away in the same office. Went against their advice and went to a chiropractor after I walked out of their office and had immediate relief.
PA was great!
Came in as a walk in. Treated and out in 1.5 hours.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
