I’ve been to this location three times and all three times I’ve had an exceptional experience. I don’t wait more than 15 minutes and I’m not in there more than 10 minutes. Today I had Pam and she was so nice and personable. I recommend this place highly.

It’s my first Mammogram and I’m so terrified coz I don’t know what to expect! But lm glad I have Ms. Pam, she is so sweet and professional. She knows what she’s doing making the whole process a breeze. Easy process to check-in and almost no waiting time!

Today, 9/23/2021, I had an appointment at 10:30 am for a CT Scan at Premier Radiology Smyrna TN. After waiting for over 2 hours, I left without having the CT Scan done.I will not go back, & will reschedule somewhere else.

I made an appointment online for a mammogram. Received verification of the appointment twice. Upon arrival, I was asked for my ID and insurance card and was asked to wait. 30 minutes later, I was told that they did not do my procedure after a certain time nor had they received an order from my doctor, therefore, I had to reschedule my appointment. It would have been nice to receive a phone call, prior to my arrival, to inform me of this information before I took off work.As for the mammogram, Miss Pam was very nice and informative. She was great! 👍

I had 3D mammogram with Pam. She was very professional, courteous and informative. She made me feel very comfortable and valued as a personnot just a number. The ladies at the front desk were also very professional and friendly. Wait time was under 20 minutes for the mammogram and the bone density test immediately after. I would recommend this location to my friends and family.
