Since changing over to this location last year, I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Kristy and penny are truly wonderful. Both are extremely kind, professional, and take a little bit of time just to get to know you on a personal level, which is great. They’re both very attentive, make a genuine effort to address your needs, and overall are just great healthcare providers. Thank you guys for all you do!

So my dad has sung his praises about the doctors here, which is why I switched over to this clinic and I love the doctors!! My primary care doctor is great but… they gotta do something about the receptionists. I’m lucky if I come in, and they look at me and speak in a complete sentence to me. The mean girl in healthcare is a tired routine, let’s change it???

First I would like to say I love my PA but the front office staff are rude and act like you are bothering them to do their jobs what happened to helping the patients.

I only give 5 stars for Angela, her nurse Erica, the checkout receptionist and the phlebotomists. However, the 2 ladies at the checkin area have the worst attitude I have ever encountered. Every time I come here, I dread dealing with them. I strive to be positive on reviews but I absolutely hate rude people. Do better!

So surprised in the comments and reviews given. There has not been anyone responding to the reviews..such as the office managers or someone on staff. This is a very nice and NEW facility. Would hate for local sponsors and donors to be disappointed knowing the service from staff is not pleasing the community that is meant to be served.

Worst customer service ever. if you want a “Walmart customer service”, come to this place. Bad mistake I change my primary care to this place because it is closer to home. Run for your life Miss.

I do not recommend this location. The front desk ladies are incompetent. They were super rude to my partner in person and on the phone. CONS: this location schedules you for an appointment 2 months away, terrible customer service, and will try to overcharge you. Please read the other reviews, they are sincere when they say - let this be your last choice!

Dr. Adams is amazing. I've been his patient for years and followed him to Hope Clinic. I'm very happy and have never had a problem with the staff.
