Rachel Ricafort's Online Review Report Card

2 of my kids have been here since babies and now one is in high school so I know we will be moving him up to another location soon for one of them but we just recently found out there was a move again along with apparently some other new things that we weren’t made aware of ,did not get a notice there are new people at this recent new location and one of the young ladies at the front is rude and disrespectful her customer service needs to be worked on. We have never experienced that here and obviously because of the staff and amazing nurses we have stayed all this time but this made me think to move after all this time which saddens me because customer service is everything to me getting and giving. I am praying when they have to go again that it is handled better and that if people do not enjoy where they are they will go do something they enjoy in life verses being somewhere and not being friendly or caring. Front desk are very unprofessional and always have me waiting. The last two times I have been to the office. I waited an hour or more before my kids were called. Complete waste of my time. Patients came after me and were called back. I believe the front staff needs a training review on effective and efficient customer service!!

We have been patients of Smyrna Pediatrics for over 5 years. Their primary pediatrician, Dr. Ricafort listened to me when I was concerned about our oldest and his development. She took all the appropriate steps and set up every doctor and therapy appointment to finally get our son’s autism diagnosis. Every one in the office is amazing! Olivia Strange, NP has seen all 3 of our children multiple times and is a delight. She is very trusting and intelligent and everyone remembers us by name, which is very important to me. We have been seen by every physician, practitioner, and physician assistant who practices here. Every one of them have been very helpful and cares for our children with respect and patience. We love them and highly recommend anyone to every parent.

I have been bringing my boys to Dr. Ricafort for 13 years. She is hands down the best pediatrician i have ever met. She and her staff are all just a friendly as can be. They all listen to what we and our kids say. She is very thorougj and the waot time is very low. Never had any issues with this doctor. Keep it up Dr. Ricafort. :) :) :)

Smyrna Pediatrics is absolutely amazing! The staff's hospitality is very welcoming, and they provide such great care. They keep us updated on all appointments and are always available for sick visits. I am so glad I chose them to care for my daughter!

Super fast doctor visit 👌🏽 Got my son seen the same day :) even though he was a new patient . Everyone is super friendly and kind . Love my visit we found our new pediatrician 👏🏽

Dr. Ricafort and her staff have always been excellent at getting my kids in and taken care of. We love her!!! We started seeing dr. Ricafort when my daughter was born and have been coming ever since (over 7 years later). She and her staff are always sweet and patient with both of my kids. We couldn't ask for a better pediatrician.

Dr Ricafort is AMAZING! We drive from Murfreesboro to Smyrna just to see her. My sister has been taking her 6 kids to doctor Ricafort for about 18 years and she highly recommended her. We just couldn’t find the right doctor for us in Murfreesboro so when we switched I was skeptical but I NEVER regretted it. This has been the BEST office for my four and the new baby will also see Dr Ricafort! We love Smyrna Pediatrics

The doctor and all the staff are very professional. I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else.

I was very pleased to not have to wait long and got taken care of with my concerns.
