Richard Rubinowicz's Online Review Report Card

I feel like I'm getting answers now

First of all, I read all of the negative reviews online before I had my appointment and thought that I would give it an opportunity to see for myself, because everyone has a bad day… The negative reviews were not wrong. My exam with PA Song was just fine and when I was leaving he said he would call in for my prescription and put in the order for my MRI and EEG. He also told me that if I continued having seizures to call in and let him know. This was on the 4th of August. I went to fill my prescription on the 5th and was told there wasn’t an order put in for me. Since the clinic is closed on Fridays I had to wait until 8th to call and let them know that the order had not been put in. On the 10th I had another seizure and called in to make sure my prescription was in and let them know about my seizure activity. Fast forward to today, the 22nd, and I call to let them know I’m still having seizures, even on meds. I find out they still haven’t put on the order for my MRI or EEG.

IF YOU WANT SOMEONE WHO GENUINELY CARES, DON'T GO HERE. QUESTIONS ARE NOT THOROUGHLY ANSWERED. PHYSICIAN IS NOT HANDS ON AND WILL TALK OVER YOU. HE TRIED 2 MEDICATIONS AND NEITHER WORKED AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE HE CAN DO. I AM PRETTY SURE THERE IS MORE TESTING AND OTHER MEDS TO TRY BUT HE WASN'T INTERESTED. SAID THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO FOR ME. WOULD NOT LET ME MAKE PAYMENTS ON MY BILL. IT WAS HALF UP FRONT OR HE COULDN'T SEE ME. OFFICE IS COMPLETELY UNDERSTAFFED. ONE PERSON DOING EVERYTHING WHILE SOMEONE ELSE SITS AT ANOTHER DESK LOOKING DUMBFOUNDED.

Dr. Rubinowizc is a knowledgeable professional who cares deeply about helping his patients. He and his staff are friendly and efficient. I always enjoy my experience when I visit his office. I recommend Dr. Rubinowizc wholeheartedly.

First & Last Time Patient Just WoW Never

I’m writing this so that other people don’t go through this process of feeling like they ripped money right out from underneath you. PLEASE SAVE your sanity and DO NOT visit or go to this office for any type of medical needs. I had THE WORSE experience with this office. The so call receptionist up front has NO IDEA how to do her job probably, and for that I have a almost $700 bill I have to fight to get a review for an appeal. THEY HAVE ADMITTED it was THEIR mistake but yet I’m the one paying the price. They like victim blaming too.

*First off, Dr. Rubinowitz’ staff was incredible - from the front desk office manager, to the nurse practitioners, and of course Dr. Robert Rubinowitz! Dr. Rubinowitz was thorough, detailed and obviously has a caring heart for his patients. The appointment, testing and explanations/communication was outstanding! I would highly recommend Dr. Rubinowitz and his staff for any of your sleep or seizure issues. PLUS, he helped me in my search for a great primary care physician! I could not be happier with my visit!!

I would not take my dog to see these people. I called to make an appointment with them for my daughter and they said they could only see her if she went through a Lien Holder, due to it being a car accident. So, we called the Lien Holder they referred me to, and they said due to our insurance paying all the bills it would not be under subrogation, so they would not be needed so to call them back and let them know that the insurance is paying for all that. So, I called them back to tell them what they said and they said they could only see her under the Lien Holder, so i said ok I just go through them. She said we can't see her if you do anyway. I said but you told me to go through them so you could see her? She said I don't know. I said nevermind because if you don't know something as simple as if you can see her or not, I don't think you have any idea what would be wrong with her. So, no I would not take my dog to see these people who can't get their story straight over an appointment.

I was referred by my primary care physician after having what appeared to be a stroke. He came in never introduced himself and said he didn't have my records. I explaned the best I could the results from a CT scan and MRI of my head and spine. He never touched me to check anything, but scheduled me for an EEG. Nothing showed up on any of the tests. When I saw him the 2nd time he once again stated he didn't have the test results from my Dr. I had called and had them re-sent after I first saw him and it was done while I was on the phone with my Dr. I got so upset with him that he said he would check again but he had looked right before he came in. Low and behold he had gotten them. He said nothing showed up. I asked him if he had any idea of what could have happened to make my vision so bad that I had to have help walking, my speech slurred and eventually not being able to lift my right leg and arm. He said yes but he had rather not say. So here I am still having problems with no idea what it is. However another Nuerologist has been recommended to me and I will will be taking my tests results and primary dr's notes to him. Thank goodness she hasn't given up and wants to know what happened. I advised her not to send anyone else to him! As far as his staff they're Top Notch. The only good in that ordeal. I would give 0 stars if they gave that option .
