I went through one of their treatment plans and the results were amazing! Although scoliosis is irreversible, their exercises, stretches, and professional equipment such as the decompression table worked wonders. On top of that, the staff here is fantastic. They’re all incredibly friendly and personable.

There is no limit to the praise I would extend to TCA! I remember remarking on the caring and intentional customer service I received thinking maybe they’d just opened because of how thoughtful and kind everyone was to me immediately! I came to find out this clinic has been loving and caring for their patients for 15 years this way - taking the time to provide quality care and education to their clients. I always leave feeling relieved, relaxed, reduced pain, and informed about how to continue the healing at home. Businesses across the board should model their customer care and excellence in service from TVA! Not to mention Griff the pup always giving you a sweet hello when you visit. THANK you TCA for caring for me and my daughter well!

This is a very strange practice. I am very familiar with chiropractic care (even had a chiropractor in the family). But, this clinic kept me waiting for hours and never showed me my X-rays before treatment. Then some specialized treatment called Graston was performed. This was like torture. I have never endured such pain. Then I was presented with a plan that was going to require thousands of dollars and multiple hour appointments several times a week. They refused to do a pay as you go. It all seemed like a lot of smoke and mirrors and upselling. I was furious by the time I left. It took me over a week with icing and ibuprofen to recover from the painful black and purple bruising up and down my spine from this specialized treatment. In the end, I had no relief for my concern. My treatment was in August of 2023 and I still cannot comprehend what type of care they provide and why they require purchase of a package that insurance won’t pay for.

After over 3 years of left side abdominal pain, 13+ doctors/specialists, multiple MRIs/CTs/xrays, injections, and two trips to the ER, Doctor Alison and Doctor Todd at TCA were the first (and only) doctors to find the source of my pain. They take the time to listen to your history and provide a combination of chiropractic and physical therapy care. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel like family. I am so thankful for TCA!
