The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had salt float bath, and the tedoxifying foot bath. We can't wait to try their other products.
I had my first visit in August of 2024 for my birthday and did a package deal. Now I go almost every 2 weeks to see Maddie for my acupuncture and message. Staff is friendly and this place is now apart of my mental and self-care routine.
Nice place with nice staff. We came for a sauna and it was very clean. They offer towels and robes for the room. There was no wait and the sauna was big enough for 2 ppl. There's a menu of services available. They honor the Groupon minutes the extra percentage offered on the website. I just pd the 22 at the desk instead of the 16 on Groupon. Worth the drive if you're visiting. I'd go back again.
Absolutely loved the salt cave! They have facials, foot spas, massages, acupuncture, Infared sauna, float tanks, and salt cave. Amazing place and they have natural products and lamps for sale!
I came here for a spa day and it was excellent. The facility was very clean and smelled great. I booked a massage, facial, and float tank. Johnna was my massage therapist. She was very friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. Jenna did my facial. She was so helpful in answering my questions about my skincare and was knowledgeable in recommending products to enhance/continue my skincare routine. The owner was so welcoming, knowledgeable about the salt products/benefits, etc. great customer service from everyone I interacted with. I will be back for any future spa services/needs, I highly recommend Salt Barn!
I bought 5 gallons of Alkaline water on 10/16 because TN water is nasty! And yep, I thought it was snake oil too but it was so tasty, and snake oil it’s not. I drink 4 glasses a day mixing it with my yucky tap water. In just 2 days (and I went potty a lot the first two days) I had lost 3lbs in 2 days - all stored up in the colon. Everything Salt Barn has is amazing but Anna and Andrea educated me on the health benefits and I have some medication I was on for two weeks and it made me gain 8lbs. It’s now day 8 and I’m down another 2 lbs. I feel great! The only thing I would change is how much I get for my next batch because I eyes dried out a little bit with 9. I think I will ask for 8 this time. I have always been a water drinker so this is a no brainer, and I am going to get the membership next. You mean to tell me I get to drink delicious water and 8 days later I’m 5.5lbs lighter and I didn’t know about this all along? Shame on me for not listening sooner! Thank you ladies! 👗
The massage I received from Johnna was more effective than a visit to the chiropractor. Thanks Johnna!
Hello! I’m Johnna, and I am not employed by Salt Barn, but I am an independent contractor. I would like to offer anyone that mentions this post 10 percent off a first time massage with yours truly :) You see, I was the massage therapist that worked on the one-star client below. Such a frustrating review. I just want to state the facts. I rescued a new dog, 2 years 12lbs, trained, and was stuck in a position where I live about an hour away and I was unaware no one would be around to let him out of his crate. I was working 9-6. The owner hesitantly agreed to me keeping him crated, up front and out of site, but I do not think she was a fan of the idea. That was the first and only time a dog has been in the spa. The client was the first of the day, and saw me bring him in- I got there 30 minutes early to put him behind and under the front desk. The treatment rooms are literally in a different addition on the opposite side of the building. If the ambiance wasn’t set up correctly, it could have been because we weren’t actually open yet, and I had the client on the table before her actual massage started. The client was extremely nice, and tipped generously. The following is MY opinion, not SB. I find it sad that the dog’s presence is what the issue was here, nothing else, and the client left a one star review after receiving a great massage which is what she came for. It’s especially stabbing that she hasn’t been to Salt Barn in two years, yet so causally threw a grenade at this locally owned business for literally doing me a one time favor. The owner was so upset, and I have literally lost sleep over the fact that I earned her a bad review. I couldn’t even respond until now I’ve been so frustrated with this review; and I’m not getting paid for the time it has stolen emotionally, and the time I’m taking to respond to this. I have worked at spas in Nashville that are dog friendly (only up front) and my chiropractor in Green Hills has two. Green Hills. I’ve worked on the Titans and musicians at said spas, so saying that we aren’t classy is a matter of your opinion. If anyone would like to google my name Johnna S. Graves, I only have excellent reviews, and again, if you mention this post I’d LOVE to offer a massage for 10 percent off! Form your OWN opinion about the spa, and unfortunately other humane loving dog owners, no dog will be present EVER going forward in this spa. Not even a PAW good lord 🤣
Took my husband here to try out the float during his car accident recovery. He loved it and we will definitely be back for more sessions.
I absolutely love this place. Calming environment and friendly staff. I have a water membership here and stop by once or twice a week. The water is amazing. The Salt Cave is my favorite service they provide. Personally I would skip the float tanks as I have used it a few times and there was other peoples hair & unknown things floating around in the water, but other than that 10/10!!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
