Before my appointment I was called to confirm which was great. What was not great was that my test results were not ready so my trip to the appointment was a complete waste of time!

I liked that I was able to register from home however I was asked to sign a few times even though done so online. When I was called to go back for my scan the woman said she had called my name twice before. She had been able pronounce my name. First name is Karen. Surely I would have recognized that. The rest of my experience was positive. The technician was wonderful explaining everything she would be doing and she walked me to the lobby after I was done. She is an asset to the imaging department.

I was scheduled to have a breast MRI. My claustrophobia was a major hurtle for me to complete this procedure. Carley Cook, the MRI tech, was so patient with me and walked me through the whole process. I can’t express enough how thankful I am for her. From showing me the machine, helping me up on the table, and talking to me through the speaker headset, telling me each little step of the test, I was comforted that she had me as her only focus!!!

From Ken checking us in to Amanda in radiology to the Dr doing the procedure.. FABULOUS, funny, calming, SUPERIOR customer service. Sooo appreciative to the care they extended us during this time. There's so much negative in the world that when folks go above and beyond we should recognize them!!!!!

I went in the hospital (emergency room) , Hannah , Shelby, etc help alot with my problem I had .. I had never been to a hospital emergency room that was so cheerful , friendly, works real well together .. I will be returning back to y'all stone crest !! I really enjoyed being there I was real comfortable there .. they didn't leave me behind as in took 30mins to come see me , really it was in and out due to what I have fractured.. but I am glad I went to stone crest ..
