I've seen Dr. Mayfield may times over the past few years and he has always been a wonderful Dr. Very professional, helpful, and kind. Always goes above and beyond however he can.

Dr Mayfield is rude, arrogant and uncaring. In my 60 years of life, I have never met a more horrible person, let alone Doctor. I would not recommend him to anyone. In fact, I STRONGLY condemn his practice.

Dr. Mayfield has taken impeccable care of my elderly mother. He is especially concerned about quality of care for his patients and conveys his caring attitude at every visit. He spends ample time with his patients and explains plan of care in detail with layman’s terms so she can understand the course of care. He is a very skilled surgeon. Couldn’t ask for a better Orthopedic doctor.

As a first time patient, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I was seen. I walked in at 0800, filled out my paperwork, and was seen on time at 0830. Dr. Mayfield and I chatted for a bit, decided on x-rays, and a steroid injection. All done in house, in very timely manner. I’m also doing my physical therapy in house.

Dr. Mayfield very knowledgeable and understandable. Did knee injections on me and it was quick and essentially painless.

I had partial meniscus tear knee surgery. He made me feel comfortable and explained the surgery to me. After the surgery they actually called me at home to make sure I was recovering okay and if I had any questions. Would definitely use this doctor again in the future.
