Good luck getting an appointment here. They act like it’s an exclusive club and you have to be an “established patient” before they will see you . Never heard of this in my life and they wouldn’t explain it.

This clinic will ban anyone for any reason they don't approve of, and they have a right to do so under certain reasonable circumstances, like a patient that has actual violent or aggressive tendencies (not just rumors or gossip). However, this clinic has no reasonable justification for recent unprofessional behavior (considering all the overwhelming evidence against them). A friend of mine was forced to see Yuri Sawa on her first visit instead of the doctor she actually had on her insurance card. Just to be banned from the office due to Yuri Sawa, even going as far as banning her from seeing Dr Case Tedder whom is on her card. According to an audio recording of a conversation with a nurse from this clinic, apparently this clinic is okay with enabling this kind of abusive authority. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who feels they have a right to a second opinion or be treated with dignity and respect.

Dr Knott is amazing! She spent time with me listening to my concerns and gave an action plan for each thing we talked about. I didn’t feel like she was trying to rush off to her next patient. You can tell she really cares about her patients and loves her job! Highly recommend this office and Dr Knott.

I’m a new patient and was kinda nervous about the visit. Dr. Sawa made me feel so comfortable and she was very thorough listening to everything I had to say while asking follow up questions. Also both the girls at the front desk were so nice. Overall I had a really great experience and would definitely recommend.
