To the best of my knowledge the cataract surgery went well. However, my up close vision was made worse as he ignored the notes from my optometrist. Also, his equipment is not as up to date as other doctors & providers.Once you finally get in the exam room the procedure is rushed.

"Use these drops or go blind." That was his solution to my problem. We felt very suspicious from the first visit. After several visits and this being his solution we found another doctor with whom we are very happy.

Has been a very good doctor til of late! Always running behind than not taking his time with me.

My eye doctor passed away; so I had to do research to find a new opthamologist. I am so glad my research brought me to Dr. Bonner's office. Dr. Bonner is very patient, very kind, and listens. I have nothing but respect and great words for the entire practice. I do have a follow-up appointment; so I will be seeing him again soon. His staff; all of them are so helpful, very kind, understanding, and all very professional. I hope they know how much they are appreciated. I highly recommend ??

His bedside manner is extremely poor. He does not speak to patients in a quality manner.

Each time I've been to see Dr. Bonner, I've had a long wait, way past my appt time, before getting called back for the asst to check my eyes and dilate them. I have spent the longest amount of time with this person during each of my visits. Then I got to sit in another cramped, and full, waiting area until getting called back to an exam room. The asst who calls you to the exam room apparently does nothing else but walk patients to their exam rooms and then leaves the area. Dr. Bonner was very rushed during my exam. He gave me an abbreviated summation of my visit and was walking out the door in less than 2 minutes until I asked him a question. He came back and leaned against the wall with his arms crossed, obviously annoyed I detained him by wanting to know more about my current status. I see ophthalmologists for a reason, due to my vision issues. The two ladies at the front desk do everything they can to help and try to explain where the back office, with the extremely easy jobs, drops the ball, but they admit they don't know why some things are done. I was annoyed I had to wait - again - to get my new lens prescription from the optical side of the practice. I feel like I need another exam to find out what's really going on with my vision so I won't go back and waste my time.
