I had a telephone appointment with Dr. Cowan scheduled. When he called, he used some type of slydial service to bypass the ringing so it can go straight to voicemail. I know this because I was on the phone surfing the internet in the moments leading up to when I saw the "missed call" suddenly appear. He left me a voicemail giving me the Kaiser Permanente appointment and advice services line which is useless because it was over a 1.5 hour wait. The next appoinment available is 5 days from now. This appointment was very important as I was in desperate need of an antibiotic to treat an infection. Now I have to go to the ER because this man didn't want to do his job. I wish I could give zero stars.

Dr. Cowan didn't do his job and is now making me pay for it by hyjacking my treatment and ignoring my emails and my medical needs I worked in health care before I was medically retired so I understand how arrogant doctors can profile or paint a bad image of them to another so I quickly just chose a new Dr in the same medical group only to find he already LIED about me just to protect his lack of case management the 2yrs I was with him he didn't do 1 exam out of the 2 yrs 3 visits but Rx mnthly.
