Shahla A Kaukab's Online Review Report Card

Dr Kaukab is quite possibly the best pediatrician I have ever taken my kids to. She listened to subtle things that have been long time issues. She ensured we checked all avenues of concerns and spent an incredible amount of time with us in office. It was our first visit and I am thankful we received such wonderful care.

If I could I would leave no stars this is the worst doctor and nurses I’ve ever had to deal with they couldn’t do simple tasks like my sons vision or hearing tests would tell me I would have an appointment every three months but put in her folder for sooner and never tell me just looked at my son and said he had adhd put him on a medication not even for adhd kept telling me to read a book and to give him turmeric cause they use it in French cuisines and the staff is incapable of putting my sons information in his folder along with his proper insurance this office is a mess and shouldn’t even be allowed to stay open if you want proper care for your children and them to be safe this is not the office they are also going through here and deleting previous reviews cause she just had 2 stars

Everyone was very Professional and took great care of my grandson and I love the way Doctor Shahla interact with him and had patience it was our first time there I can't see him going anywhere else thanks for having us.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMAREshe harrassed me for YEARS. CONSTANTLY. Every 3 months was a complete struggle to even go see her on the fact she was SEVERELY breaking MILLIONS OF LAWS. She told my mother to take me to a therapist and then when she did not. 3 TIMES IN A ROW. she did not contact child protection services at all even though it was clear I was obviously getting abused. She diagnosed me with depression when I do not have it (I have had testing, I do not have it) and anxiety when in a full fact it was PTSD FROM THE ABUSE I WAS GETTING AT HOME (I am fully diagnosed now and it was very clear it had been going on for a while) . She not only refused to change my adhd medication when I was 18 YEARS OLD. A LITERAL ADULT. Whenever she would change it, it would be some disturbing mind altering medication that I obviously could not continue to take. She proceeded to accuse me at 15 YEARS OLD that I was taking pcp, also known as angel dust among other names, is a drug used for its mind-altering effects. Weed, you know what that is. And even COCAINE. But instead of alerting authorities or child protection agencies she decided to tell my mother. Which you cant do on the fact of the childs safety from the abusive nature that some parents unfortunately have. Shes even said that I was selling my medication to my mother. WHEN I WAS IN MIDDLE SCHOOL. It only completely stopped when I threatened to get the entire business she works under shut down. Do NOT TRUST THIS LADY. she will 100% lie about your childs health, well being and even broken bones. I have severe health problems now because of her, I was 60 pounds at 5th grade and she said it was "normal". I was stabbing other child for food at lunch, I dont think that's normal at all. I will be complaining to the department of health about her soon now that I am much older. I remember all of it.

Love this office they take the time to talk to me staff is always helpful.

Love this office, doctor and the staff. They have been so helpful to me as a first time mom. They talk to me every time I call I don’t have to wait for someone to call me back which I love. Amazing.

I have never had a problem with this office have been taking my kids there for a couple of years and they love it there. I don’t know how accurate the of reviews are from the other person about the nurse I don’t see anyone there doing that. The nurse there is so sweet she has always helped me whenever I need anything for my kids. The Dr takes time to to sit and talk and explain everything so there is a wait sometimes but I rather wait then the dr pop in and then out like the pervious dr would do. I would definitely recommend them.

I did not have a good experience here. Dr Kaukab was a good doctor at first but her head nurse was a Nurse Ratchet if ever I met one, she was abrasive, extremely rude, she even pushed her way into the exam room while I was talking to the doctor about her behavior. When I tried to shut the door to theExam room where I was having a private conversation with my child’s doctor she actually put her foot in the door and tried toSTOP me from shutting it, you can’t get more aggressive than that without throwing punches! I could not believe that the doctor stood there and allowed that to happen, I’m still shocked and it’s been some time. We found Dr. Umbar Shah she has two locations and is absolutely wonderful my daughter loves her and so do I. Her office staff is on point very professional and extremely kind, it worked out for us in the end.

I have two children my oldest daughter has seen dr.k for 15 years and my son is 13 has seen her since the day after he was born I absolutely love doctor K she's amazing in every way explains everything so you understand it and also explains it to the children so I know what's going on during the procedures absolutely amazing staff the nurses are great and work awesome with the kids we love you guys guys
