This doctor is very knowledgeable in caring for our two Boys. She is helping them with her expert treatment and advice. I find the staff all friendly, like a family, and they all work together helping our two special needs boys reach their potential. She is a remarkable, and well informed provider. Our two boys love and adore her. ( And that says a LOT) Unfortunately, I can not post photos of the boys until we legally adopt them.

All I can say is “Thank You”! Soddy Daisy family practice, Dr. Kaukab and staff are WONDERFUL…..Such a blessing to have found them. My niece was treated with respect and she talked to her about her care. The best!!!!! 100 stars if I could.

The staff was friendly and nice. The office was clean. The Dr. Was very well spoken and through. She explained things well and listened to our concerns and answered our questions.

I took my daughter to Dr. Shahla today after almost two years of trying to figure out several health concerns we had that were always dismissed by other doctors. I was absolutely blown away by her knowledge, understanding, and especially the concern for the diagnosis and treatment of my daughter. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!

Highly recommend based on first visit. Office staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Kaukab is very knowledgeable and addressed all concerns we had with much explaining and clarification. Office was very clean. Day and night difference from previous experiences with other doctors offices!

She is a great doctor and knows what she is doing

She is a great doctor and a even better person she treats my kids like her own I'm forever grateful for this place. This women is doing big things for babys and isn't recognized enough for it if you wanna sleep at night knowing your little ones are okay and have the best care id go here 10 out of 10 everyone is awesome as well there

I have two children my oldest daughter has seen dr.k for 16 years and my son is 13 has seen her since the day after he was born my now 20 year old daughter started seeing her when she was 4 years old I absolutely love doctor K she's amazing in every way explains everything so you understand it and also explains it to the children so I know what's going on during the procedures absolutely amazing staff the nurses are great and work awesome with the kids we love you guys

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE she harrassed me for YEARS. CONSTANTLY. Every 3 months was a complete struggle to even go see her on the fact she was SEVERELY breaking MILLIONS OF LAWS. She told my mother to take me to a therapist and then when she did not. 3 TIMES IN A ROW. she did not contact child protection services at all even though it was clear I was obviously getting abused. She diagnosed me with depression when I do not have it (I have had testing, I do not have it) and anxiety when in a full fact it was PTSD FROM THE ABUSE I WAS GETTING AT HOME (I am fully diagnosed now and it was very clear it had been going on for a while) . She not only refused to change my adhd medication when I was 18 YEARS OLD. A LITERAL ADULT. Whenever she would change it, it would be some disturbing mind altering medication that I obviously could not continue to take. She proceeded to accuse me at 15 YEARS OLD that I was taking pcp, also known as angel dust among other names, is a drug used for its mind-altering effects. Weed, you know what that is. And even COCAINE. But instead of alerting authorities or child protection agencies she decided to tell my mother. Which you cant do on the fact of the childs safety from the abusive nature that some parents unfortunately have. Shes even said that I was selling my medication to my mother. WHEN I WAS IN MIDDLE SCHOOL. It only completely stopped when I threatened to get the entire business she works under shut down. Do NOT TRUST THIS LADY. she will 100% lie about your childs health, well being and even broken bones. I have severe health problems now because of her, I was 60 pounds at 5th grade and she said it was "normal". I was stabbing other child for food at lunch, I dont think that's normal at all. I will be complaining to the department of health about her soon now that I am much older. I remember all of it.

If I could I would leave no stars this is the worst doctor and nurses I’ve ever had to deal with they couldn’t do simple tasks like my sons vision or hearing tests would tell me I would have an appointment every three months but put in her folder for sooner and never tell me just looked at my son and said he had adhd put him on a medication not even for adhd kept telling me to read a book and to give him turmeric cause they use it in French cuisines and the staff is incapable of putting my sons information in his folder along with his proper insurance this office is a mess and shouldn’t even be allowed to stay open if you want proper care for your children and them to be safe this is not the office they are also going through here and deleting previous reviews cause she just had 2 stars
