I had been seeing this dr. For a few years and all of the sudden started having panic attacks, severe anxiety, and I kept getting strep throat and my throat was hurting. She told me I just had anxiety, so I asked to see a therapist to help with all of this anxiety because it was a lot to take on. She told me to find my own therapist since I lived closer to Huntsville and she didn’t know any in Huntsville. I then switched doctors and it turns out I have hashimotos disease ! I do not recommend this doctor at all.

I love going to Dr. Ziegler she spends time explaining things to me that I understand. I would recommend Dr. Ziegler to my friends and family.

My confidentiality was clearly violated during my last visit. I was told to park just 3 feet away from two other vehicles with their windows rolled down while the nurse went through my list of symptoms. Privacy rights were not honored.

I understand that these are difficult times, but I expect a certain level of confidentiality. The nursing assistant that took my vitals and the assistant at the door yelled my symptoms so that the patients parked beside me could hear. This is clearly against patient confidentiality.

We have used Dr. Ziegler as our family doctor for years and she is an amazing Physician. She is doesn't move you along like a lot of doctors just to keep patient visit numbers high. She has an excellent bedside manner and seems to care a lot about me and my family. I couldn't recommend a better doctor!

Dr. Ziegler has been the best PCP I have ever had. She has never judged me on my psych meds, I take a controlled substance as well as two other meds, she is always careful to check interactions. Super friendly and personable as well as professional, I have never had any issues at this office. I would recommend her to anyone.

Told me for two years I was a nervous person when in fact I had Grave's disease which damaged my heart due to it being untreated. Also was my Dad's doctor for 8 years plus and when he died in the hospital she never showed her face. Pathetic.

First visit as new patient. Visit was pleasant. Dr. Ziegler was informative, and took time to listen to my medical concerns. Her staff was very efficient, and pleasant.

She's pretty thorough as a dr. We chatted a little bit about the 70.3 Chattanooga. I was just wanting to make sure there were no underlying issues as I continue training. Would recommend as a dr for people who live around South Pittsburg
