I have been to the Fast pace in Sparta on 2 occasions, and was given good care both times. The staff is always professional, and helpful. Being a veteran I truly appreciate getting the care I need when I need it. Thank you all so much.

Too over priced 150 .00 to get in 59 see a lady that's not a dr yet I get heart rate temp and blood pressure taken I can do that at home and I get two scripts for 150.00 too high for just writing two scripts

Refused to see me, my husband, and neice after we told the front desk woman we all 3 tested positive for Covid. Would give a negative number if I could. Very incompetent, and rude front desk woman. We have insurance, and needed to be seen, but still the front desk woman would not check us in. We will spread the word NOT to go there.

Update, My first experience was very good. However, I had to come back because my son vomiting, the receptionist made me sing a document stating that i had to keep my card on file for the day. She also changed my check from no to keep on file for today. Even though I checked no. The receptionist from the day before said i didn't have to check that particular box that i could choose no. This receptionist from today threw the other one under the bus and said she shouldn't have done that. The receptionist from today was on personal calls during work hours (which is very unprofessional) and had an attitude. She also charged my card twice and told me that it wouldn't charge me, but it did. It was only $1.00, but now days every $1.00 counts. The dr's were very kind and helpful.

I felt I had developed an infection created by some dental work a few weeks ago. I tried to call to the dentist on Thursday but the office had already closed and not open on Friday. It was Saturday and I was in unbearable pain. I walked in without an appointment, filled out their required form, paid my co-pay, and waited just a very short time until my name was called. Everything was clean and professional as if I were in my own doctors office. I was able to obtain a regimen of antibiotics to start right away, until I can get in to see the dentist. It is a comfort to know I have a place I can be seen quickly without an appointment and not having to travel 1/2 an hour to he seen for this type of thing.
