My nurses Jeri & Tracy were the best! They always were respectful of my time, home & person. They were very thorough & followed all safety procedures to keep my PICC line in great working order. What really meant a lot to me while dealing with health issues was the great conversations— like having a friend over, which made me feel at easy & less awkward about needing help. Jeri & Tracy are extremely knowledgeable & caring. I am extremely greatful that they were my nurses!
This agency is Top Notch! Josh McCallum is a Godsend to my Mother. He has worked miracles with her, and she is always so happy to see him!
I was always taught if you can’t say something good, don’t say anything at all.
Up until this point I couldn't have said enough good things about this company. While the level of care that has been given has been amazing, I now have an issue. My father is suppose to have two PT sessions a week. His regular therapist is out of town. No one bothered to get in touch with me about his appointments. Today is Thursday and I reached out to his regular therapist, while out of town. She just informed me that there is no one to replace her this week. I understand being short on staff, but come on! No one cared enough to reach out and let us know this. Every day this week we've waited on a therapist that never showed up. Highly disrespectful and so very NON professional. Do better Adoration! Your patients and their families deserve it!
They were wonderful!!!
Real nice folks to deal with. If you don't understand something, they can explain it to ya. Plus the service is very good too. Thanks
I would not recommend this company to take care of an animal in the wound care department because they didn’t come out when needed and the nurse was rude and she acted like she didn’t want to be here and didn’t take pictures or measure the wound and then was talking about my moms doctor like he didn’t know what he was doing and then my mom waited for the next nurse and she didn’t order the medicine and didn’t want to be here and didn’t take pictures again or measure my moms wound and last week we had a great nurse come and she ordered the medicine and took pictures and measure it and if my mom would not have been cleaning the wound herself she could have lost her leg and we was also told that the two nurse before said their was no wound and now they are going to try and release my mom for the wound care.
OMG, This company is horrible! We found that overall, Adoration does not appear to deliver on what they promise. A nurse came today to pull a midline where my 87 yr old mom was finished getting IV antibiotics at home. Nurse Vicky did not use sterile wipes before administering saline. I pointed it out to her and she lost it! She told me it wasn't necessary and that I was being hostile. To add insult to injury, she lied and claimed that the IV port didn't have a hub anyway. That means a sterile cap. YES, there was a orange cap. I called the office to complain and the administration director sounded like a robot, no feeling, just a flat sorry. She said the matter would be addressed. See was not convincing. A few days prior, I called Adoration for help giving IV, they told me to take mom to ER. I went and found out I needed to simply open a clamp on the line. This could have saved us time and stress if the nurse wasn't so lazy. One bright spot at Adoration is Physical Therapist Wendy. She is professional, trained, and dedicated to patient care. We will miss Wendy. I would not recommend Adoration to anyone due to poor staffing and management.
BEWARE! This company has provided very minimal care for my mother. The CNAs rarely show up. The Nurse Managers do not explain their services correctly to families so that we can be aware of what is available to us. The social worker has changed three times since we started using them a year ago. I get that it is hard to get workers at this time, but this is not a food service-lives are at stake! They rarely return calls including ones that are of emergency in nature. When I brought this to their attention the branch manager was very rude, condescending and would never take responsibility for their shortcomings. She only wanted to argue. I have asked for a transfer and they are making it extremely difficult by not providing us a transfer form. All while my mother is not getting the care that she needs. This company should be ashamed of themselves. We are talking about people and lives that are at stake!
ABYSMAL. I understand being short staffed but COME ON. A nurse is supposed to come twice a week for my mother in law. This has been since October and I think we have seen a nurse maybe 5-6 times total. I brought this to their attention and the basically told me I was lying. I made a call to the office to have an on call nurse contact me and I still haven't heard from anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
