This man was completely professional and informative from start to finish. No histrionics, no drama, just raw data and information. He was quite warm and talkative after the first encounter. I've never had a "personal doctor", but this man will be "my doctor", if he sees fit.

This provider has no empathy, is not thorough, nor willing to research and down-right lazy. Does the very minimum to get you out the door. He talks to you like you are an idiot. The staff at American Family Care is outstanding. Just don't see Kromer.

Some may not like getting their information straight - not me. I enjoyed talking with the Doctor, he gave good information and did so in a direct manner. I don't need fluff, I'm interested in the medical information. He was willing to take the time and talk about the matter in great technical detail. This is important to me. I went on an emergency visit - I'm sticking with Dr. Kromer as our family physician.

Dr Kromer is very professional and has excellent bed side manor. I highly recommend his clinic as the support staff are excellent as well.

Spent most of time checking with walk-in patients. Gave no advice Didn't know about medicines for my condition 3 hours there, 5 minutes with Dr Poor Bedside manner X-ray tech checked BP, etc.
