Never answer their phone. Spring Hill needs a new imaging place to go to. I will not go there again. Very rude front desk workers. I will go to Franklin for now on. I will be leaving Maury Regional all together after going there.

They never answer the phone. The whole experience is janky. I couldn’t ever get my records sent to another doctor for review. Won’t be returning.

They were great. Easy check in. Kind receptionist. The woman who did my scan was amazing. Super kind and made me feel totally at ease.

Came here to get my blood drawn and they messed up bad took them forward to find a vain and then missed it had to poke me multiple times and after it my arm was purple never coming here again

These are the most unhelpful people I have ever had to deal with. They don't return phone calls. They don't allow any wiggle room if you're late because of the horrible Spring Hill traffic. I could go on. Avoid at all costs.

They scheduled my appointment for 2:00 but told me to get there by 1:45. I ended up stuck in traffic and it took me twice as long to get there, but I got there by 2:00. They canceled my appointment and told me that my appointment was supposed to be at 1:45. No. They scheduled me for two, but told me to get there early. Too bad. So sad. Your time doesn't matter, we'll schedule you a week later. Update: I had to request a copy of a scan. I called one day, left a message. No call back. Tried the next day and someone answered. They said no problem, it would be ready. Later I realized I wasn't going to be able to drive there so I called to ask if my husband could pick it up. No one answered so I left a message. AGAIN, no one called me back. He drove out there and they refused to give it to him without written permission. If someone had called me back after the TWO MESSAGES I left, I would have provided that for him.

Not sure why a lot of folks are having problems in reviews. I just went there in and out in less than 30 min. Everyone was super nice no problems so far from me.

I was there for a CT scan and mammogram and am in a wheelchair. They were very helpful and patient while we tried to get the images sitting down and with me standing for a few seconds. They were looking at my lung but found an issue with my shoulder that is serious and notified my doctor. I am thankful to them for finding this issue and am getting help with it. I highly recommend them!
