Showed up on time for a 830am appointment I sat in the room till almost 10am. I asked the girls up front if anyone knew I was there and replied the doctor will be in just a minute. Waited again for at least 15 minutes and left. Then find they tried billing me for the visit and charged my insurance company $247. Had they at least had the curtousy to tell me the doctor was running late or to reschedule my appointment all of this couldve been avoided.

I have to say I have a good experience every visit Dr Shilen Patel and his team of doctors and nurses are the absolute best They are extremely professional and so kind I would highly recommend them for any blood work chemoradiation Iron infusions etc. Keep up the good work Every nurse or financial adviser I came across was super helpful and so nice. Shout out to Jill Gina and Colleen in the chemo room Also a big thank you to the ladies up front. Michelle with the insurance was so polite and helpful. I cant say enough about this office A++++
