Just horrible...unwilling to help lied to.I needed a medication refilled not a pain med or anything like that and called the office. I was told I need an office visit. I said ok but I am traveling when can I get in? I was told next week I said I am traveling. Then I was told the Dr is in on Saturday and to go in.I go in and I was told they don’t do med checks you have to go to the ER if you need a refill.What??? Isn’t that a waste of resources at the ER. I am a patient at this office. You have my records you can see my history. Seriously??

I’ve been seeing Theresa Pasani for several years I have severe white coat. Theresa always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable but also making sure I stay informed. Kim her nurse is always a pleasure and if I call in always calls back that day even if it’s late. I can’t say enough about Theresa and staff. If you are looking for a provider I definitely recommend TheresaA while back management stopped allowing her to take appointments finally about a week ago they began allowing the appointments with her again. I’m very happy about that to a lot of us she is our provider so having to wait as a walk in can be quite the inconvenience.

I love seeing Dr. Cannady as my PCP. He is thorough attentive to detail down to earth and has an amazing memory. I feel like he really listens to my concerns and tries to come up with actual resolutions or make referrals when he is unable to provide a resolution himself. He has a phenomenal bedside manner. My husband also sees Dr. Cannady and shares these same thoughts. Billing is a bit of a challenge since they dont take payments in the office and I never know if I actually owe any money but I figure they will call me if I do.

Very disappointed We waited over 40 minutes just to get checked in. If you are going to offer walkin services then you need to staff accordingly... this is ridiculous

My first time today Monday September 23 using walk in clinic. Of course new patient many forms to complete. Filled them out. Entire waiting area packed I figured at least an hour or two wait. Nope called me in 15 minutes out in five minutes. Prescription sent over to my pharmacy and blood work done next door. I couldn’t be happier with service they provided to me on my first visit. Very impressed. Front desk staff answered all of my silly questions being first time patient.

If you like to wait 45 minutes after your appointment time to see the doctor then this is the place for you. This place manages their appointments poorly and the staff could care less about other people’s time. I bet if you’re 45 minutes late they will cancel your appointment but they have no problem making you wait over 45 minutes to have 5 minutes with the doctor. Shame on them I wish there were more options in Spring Hill.

I have been taking my family and myself here for 4 years. love the convienance of the hours and ability to walk in when you need. Dr. Pasani is amazing and caring.

I used to go here and stopped because the front staff were rude and you’d sit in a room forever. I decided to give them another try because it’s so convenient and the last 2 times I’ve gone has been amazing and such an improvement. The employees are so friendly and helpful the wait was short and the doctor was so nice and took his time with me. I definetly recommend them now.
