Maury Regional Health's Online Review Report Card

I rarely post a review of anything. Recently my husband and I made a short trip to Columbia Tenn from Florida. The morning after we arrived I woke up ill. I was unable to face time with my physician so I went to Maury RUC in Columbia and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. I have never had a good impression of urgent care facilities and was literally dreading the ordeal. This absolutely proved not to be the case this day. The PA Erica Holmes and her assistant Nicole were absolutely great I was in and out in less than an hour with the medication I needed and on our way to enjoy our trip. Erica phoned me Saturday evening to provide my lab results and suggested I see my regular physician upon returning home. Monday morning I received the email of my labs as she promised. I just want to say thank you to both Erica and Nicole for the excellent care I received and how very impressed I was. An asset to the community and to Maury Regional Care

I rarely if ever go to a primary care. I rarely get sick and when I do NyQuil and DayQuil are my doctors. But Im getting older so I wanted to do a full workup. I asked for referrals and I got Maury Regional and specifically Dr. Lafferty. He was nice helpful and knowledgeable. He also didnt over prescribe or take things further than needed. I also love the online portal with Maury Regional and Dr. Lafferty responded pretty dang quick to two of my questions after my checkup. I highly recommend Maury Regional and Dr. Lafferty.

I have been taking my family and myself here for 4 years. love the convienance of the hours and ability to walk in when you need. Dr. Pasani is amazing and caring.

The staff is very friendly helpful and professional

The doctor I see there is a great doctor I have been seeing him for 10+ years but the other parts of the practice went down hill dramatically when Maury Regional tool over.  You now have to wait much longer last time was over an hour past my scheduled appointment which I made weeks in advance and the numerous staff appear to be solely focused on insurance billing rather than my medical needs or customer service.  The lab was sold off so you now have to go elsewhere wait again and pay more for that service.  I miss the way it use to before the corporate takeover.  Im hoping Yelp can help me find an alternative.

I was told by Danielle Henson DO that when a person reaches the age of eighty she doesnt do much for them and if my cardiologist only sees me once a year she wouldnt need to see me any more often than that either Thats scary Im 82....whats she going to do? Sit there and watch me die?

Saturday was easy breezy� No wait got in right away�

Staff is rude. The African American PA does not listen to your concerns nor offer suggestions. That was Friday after a 1 12 hour wait. I asked for and received my fee back. Called on Monday to see if my PCP of 3+ years was in and she was. So I went in as a walk in. I checked in paid my fee waited 2 12 hours quietly looking at Facebook. I went to the desk just to ask to use the restroom turned around with a cop telling me to come talk to him. I was then told that I had to leave the premises because my PCP supposedly had never seen me and because I requested my fee back on Friday. I have never in my life been treated this way. Had the African American PA given a flip about my condition none of this would have occurred. SO UNLESS YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR SYMPTOMS LISTENED TO AND CARE PROVIDED.....DO NOT GO TO FAMILY HEALTH GROUP IN SPRING HILL TN. You will wait for hours pay a huge fee and get nothing in return. These providers are about speed seeing patients and treating inappropriately. If I could give them less than a 1 I would.

I see Dr.Henson could not ask for a better treatment. I have never had any problems with any of the staff.
