Dr. Milani and his team are amazing! Unlike other chiropractic offices, there are no contracts to worry about. He's the original in Spring Hill, which speaks volumes. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating with scheduling. Thanks to Dr. Milani, my neck and shoulders feel significantly better. I highly recommend this practice!

I frequently hurt my waist so I decided to treat this chiropractor and the first day I went to his office I couldn't stand up for more than 10 minutes and after he treated me I walked out feeling perfectly! Thanks a lot!

We are so happy we worked with Dr. Milani! My teenager is an elite dancer and runner. She was having foot pain that just wouldn’t go away. After first eliminating breaks or fractures her dance teacher suggested we try a chiropractor. A few sessions of adjustments, dry needling, exercises… thanks to his recommendations her foot pain is completely gone! Five stars, highly recommend!

I was in a lot of pain and my usual chiropractor was booked and could not see me for several days. Dr. Milani not only fit me in even though I was a brand new patient, but was so friendly and caring, he made me feel like I would be OK. He adjusted me and really helped relieve the pain. I felt cared for and respected as a human being. Definitely recommend!

My back was so out of line at first, that one leg was shorter than the other one. After my first visit with Dr. Milani, I walked out without hobbling anymore because both legs were even again. The experience wasn't painful, just different as I had never been to a chiropractor before. Each treatment left me better and better.

Awesome staff and Dr Mario was phenomenal. I just recently moved to the area and this place is so nice and welcoming. The Dr is awesome, very personable, knowledgeable (obviously) and just focused on your well-being vs trying to upsell you like some other places. He and his wife both went to Palmer College of Chiropractic, and that is the best school to study this profession. I wouldn’t go to any Chiropractor that didn’t study there. I went in for reoccurring numbness in my hands 🙌 and after 1 treatment I feel awesome. Obviously need to go back and stay on top of it, but so happy we found this practice and it’s so close too!

I have been going here for acupuncture and chiropractic adjustment for little over a month now. I travel over 20 minutes from Franklin for their service which are some of the best I have ever had. Several years ago I moonlighted for two men in a truck movers. As anyone in that line of work can tell you, the lasting damage to your muscles and joins are considerable. After seeing several practitioners in Franklin and Brentwood my neck and back pain only seemed to get worse over time. I found them on my in network search tool when looking for acupuncture which was the only one within network that offered chiropractic as well. I took a shot even though it was out of my way, and I’m glad I did. In the short time I’ve been worked on I’ve seen a dramatic reduction in pain. I even started doing incline sit-ups which would have me lurching in pain. I’m sort of a germaphobe and this place is immaculate. Better yet, the atmosphere is very tranquil and I can’t help but to fall asleep during my acupuncture sessions. Suffice it to say this place is something special and everyone and I highly recommend this practice to everyone. I will be a customer here for years to come.
