I had my mammogram today and although no one likes having that done, the staff was awesome. I was in and out quickly and it didn't even hurt. I also had to have a CT and that was just as quick and painless. Great staff from check in through testing.

I am extremely claustrophobic. I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff is. From the front desk, to the gal who did the imaging. Top notch, all the way. Thank you!

If your in pain and and needing to find out why go anywhere else, there just there to work 8-5. Got referred there and dr said it was urgent but they wouldn’t do anything until insurance was approved. So set there for 2 hours and they said come back tomorrow. Smh get off your lazy assez pick up the phone and call insurance and stay on there’s.

Best experience you can have when dealing with horrible pain. Late MRI appointment(FRI at 8pm). No wait. Tech was friendly and engaging. Front desk could have been a bit friendlier but she wasn't rude.

Go elsewhere, we had an MRI done here for a hip injury.  They had it "read" and nothing was found. After weeks of ongoing pain we requested the MRI and went to another practice in Franklin well known for treating athletes. The doctor said it was the worst quality MRI he had seen and it didn't even cover the location of injury. The new doctor was able to identify the issue within minutes with a quality X-ray.  We fought the $1352.00 bill since the image was of poor quality and didn't cover the location injury. Of course they rejected our request and forced us to pay the bill. We will NEVER go back and I would suggest others seek better educated and equipped practices.

Very friendly and helpful. I was in so much pain when I arrived and the front desk and technician were so kind. The technician even expedited the reading and gave me a disk to take with me in case I ended up in the ER, which I did. Just by telling me to wait a few more minutes and providing the scan results to me to take with me to the ER, saved a ton of time and money. They also sent the info to my orthopedic doctor and primary doctor that same day.

Got an MRI done here. The staff wasn't rude, but definitely not overly friendly. Waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time before they called me back. Not that that's crazy long for a medical facility, but still longer than I'd like. Got handed a disc with the MRI images that doesn't work on my computer and was told they have no other options for sending me the images - just "take them to your doctor," which I'll do but would like to have copies for my own records. I just find it ironic that I seem to have better technology on my phone to convert, print, or screen shot an image than an imaging center has. Again, not a big deal, but ultimately a two star review because I'm tired of medical facilities not being held to the same standards as other businesses. There are plenty of good doctors offices, etc. that manage to have exemplary business practices, but there are far more that aren't concerned about it because they simply don't have to be. This seems to be one of the latter.

Spring Hill Imaging Rocks !!! Today was my first visit. EVERYONE was so friendly, outgoing, pleasant, and helpful !!! A truly wonderful staff !!! Very efficient !!

This is ridiculous! The staff was extremely rude. Very short to the point. I felt as if I was just a number here. I am having a pelvic ultra sound so I had to hold my bladder. They had no rush! I have held it in for an hour! I will not be coming back

I love this place! Always so friendly and welcoming! I was 10 mins late due to the rain and the girl at the desk smiled warmly and said it was absolutely fine. She even laughed and joked with me. The mri tech was super nice and never once acted like I was annoying her or anything. And you don't sit in waiting room for an hour or more then sit in back for an hr or more. They take u back about 5 to 10 mins after u sign in. The mri tech shows u where to put ur things n sometimes u wait 5 mins then they take u in to do the mri. It's absolutely great! They are great. And I've had to go there few times 3xs for mris, 2 on my left knee and 1 on my back. And I've had to take my 7 year old daughter there for xrays on her legs. And they were absolutely AMAZING with her. They never showed any emotion except happy, friendly, welcoming, nice, sincere, n patience. My daughter was so scared and the xray technician was so great, he got her to not be afraid anymore and gave her few lollipops lol. Thanks for being so awesome with my daughter and myself! I'd never want to get an mri anywhere else!
