Lauren and Lindsey were incredibly professional but also very friendly and kind. Both of them took the time to tell me exactly what they were going to do. Dr. Rob was the same way. He talked to me and explain the process to make me more comfortable and he was very professional.

Love Kenisha Hester, FNP & her team! She has been fabulous with Bo and I highly recommend her for any type of dermatology needs.

I’ve had two treatments on the cosmetic side for rosacea. A BBL I believe it’s called. While the woman doing my treatment is great, both times someone has come in the room and pulled her away, or been told to hurry up for another client. This last time the interruption was from the owner. While I plan to continue to keep my treatments going, I feel it was very unprofessional to interrupt someone while they are trying to provide quality service to another client.

Went today for a procedure at the Spring Hill office. The medical staff in the back was very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and treated me well.

I’m out of my Psorasis injections and Accredo can not ship without your authorization and me nor Accredo can get in touch with a human from this office and left multiple messages with no response terrible way of doing business

Dr. Hayes was highly recommended to me by Dr. Cannady. I was excited to call to get an appointment. I have excellent insurance through Cigna. The lady who assisted with the appointment had horrible customer service skills. She gave the perception that she did not want to set an appointment, my insurance would not be accepted and every reason why I she could not schedule an appointment an appointment for me! Her attitude was rude and it was very discouraging, because I think highly of Dr. Cannady. More doctors need to realize that the person answering the phone is the front line and the one who represents them. They let too many people with attitudes rule and dictate their practice!

Okay let me start by saying I can not recommend this place enough!!! Kolanda and Eryn have literally changed my life!! For 2 years I was on a skin journey as I had horrible adult/cystic like acne. I went to multiple doctors, changed my diet, and seriously tried every acne medication from over the counter to prescription meds and nothing was working. I went in to see Kolanda because at this point I had nothing to lose and nothing worked. She started me on a laser treated and tried me on 2 different acne systems until we found one that was golden. When I tell you my face is completely clear that’s what I mean! I encourage anyone to go see them and let them do the same for you! You won’t regret it! I sure didn’t!!! I’ll forever be thankful for their beautiful staff!!!!

Dr. Hayes is an excellent physician. He is always very thorough and extremely knowledgeable on every condition. He always gives you extra helpful information. We are lucky to have such a Top-notch dermatologist in Spring Hill/Columbia!

So I was just seen here, and I want to start by saying I saw Kelley and she was great for the two minutes I saw her. She knew I was in a hurry, didn't dilly-dally and got everything done. I definitely would recommend her and her nurse staff. I knocked a star off for the front desk, but really you want a rating for the medical professionals in the back and they were great for the two minutes I had with them. Read below for my complaints and praise. Medical Professionals: ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front Desk: ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ Few Not So Good Things: 01: The address was wrong on google so I went to their old location. If a business recently moves, I would think that it would be important to tell someone when they are making the appointment that you have moved locations and provide the correct address so no one wastes their Tuesday lunch hour. 02: The front desk, I would give 3.5 stars. There is one lady that was really rude out of the three of them. There is no reason to write down the insurance information on the sheet of paper when I am literally giving you my card to scan. I do insurance every. single. day. This is my job, so believe me when I say there is no reason to have it in two places. When I tell you I am in a really big hurry, and don't fill that part out and hand you my card (that you have to scan in anyway), just work with me. please. 03: I was told when I called to reschedule (since I was at the old location) that they would see me quickly since I was on my lunch break and google had the wrong address. The front desk seemed very distracted with not work things while putting my new patient information in. Again, I was in a hurry. Better Things: 04: The nurse that took me back got straight to the point, understood my hurry, and went and got Kelly. I really REALLY appreciate her realizing that I wasn't just there for kicks and needed to get going. 05: Kelly was fast and amazing. Literally got done in two minutes once she was there. Literally, cannot thank you enough for rushing yet still getting everything done that you needed. 06: The other two front desk ladies were really nice and I do appreciate their attentiveness to me and asking me questions. I just want to make that clear that the majority of the staff was very nice and understanding. I would recommend this place overall!
