Sports Ortho Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Horrible billing department. Good treatment though, but they did bill me for an orthopedic boot twice. One says "walk boot pre ots" for 691$ and the other says "walk boot pre ots, left side" also for 691$. They told me to call the billing department, and I did, and they said they'll take care of it. I think maybe they did, so they didn't trouble me about it for a while. Then, six months later, I still receive a bill from them for that "second" boot that somehow made it back onto my statement. Come on, people. Never going to this clinic again.

Extremely disappointed that Brian left! But I found him at Fast Pace Health in Lewisburg! He's worth the drive!

I do not recommend this place due to the issues with filing claims/billing. Back in August, I received the bill because my son went there for physical therapy. The bill did not reflect the insurance paying so we are billed the full amount. In August, the billing department said the wrong date of birth was put in. I was told it would be corrected and resent. My insurance still did not receive it. I have given a fax number the claim could be sent to and nothing is sent. I drove to Sport Ortho to tell them the situation and see who could fax the claimto my insurance company. I was given the office manager's name and email but no respinse. It is the middle of October, and my insurance company still has not received the claim.

Just want to give a shout-out for the amazing service & for taking the time to verbally & physically show / educate me on how to make a full comeback to the best of their training on physical therapy . 💯 recommended for people who are willing to heal the correct way & aren’t afraid to hear the truth about what to expect from their own recovery ❤️‍ thanks guys

Everything was great until they told me to do the chicken dance as an exercise. I thought that was pretty weird. Shoutout Lewis, he’s a great physical therapist

Terrible care once I left the office. I have a slipped disk in my lower back, which has been causing me severe pain. They suggested a steroid shot under an X-ray and stated they’d do the referral. I asked if I should call the place and follow up and they ensured me I didn’t need to. A week passes by, I’m still in a lot of pain, and no call. I call the ortho and they stated that the referral was sent off. I called the X-ray place and they said they never received a referral. I have called the ortho three times since and have not gotten an answer back. I now have a bill to pay where they did nothing to help me. Incredibly disappointed.

I went to 7 Springs based off the reviews. My experience was subpar. As soon as I told them I was a nurse, things went in a different direction. It’s amazing to me that as an insured patient, the cost of treatment is ridiculous. I understand promoting the PT folks in your establishment but the cost is unreal. The front desk staff was helpful and informed me that if I was self pay, the cost would be much less. On what planet is this ok? I pay a lot of money for insurance and yes I have a high deductible but if I was uninsured, it would be half the cost!? I will not return. #stillcrippled

Fantastic!!!!! Super friendly! Super clean! Super Honest! Very professional!! I would recommend them all day long! I expect to see my results based on our treatment plan in three weeks!! Thank you guys so much for being so awesome!

Had a very encouraging first experience with Brian and the PT team. All of the physical therapists were incredibly kind and kept the experience great for my 12 yr old. Love the whole staff. Overall, a positive experience. 10/10
