Dr. Lawrence was okay. His medical assistant was nice, however the front office representative was extremely rude and aggressive when I asked her if she was aware that I was going to be charged $320 at the time of check out. If so it would have been nice to know ahead of time. I had called the office before arriving to make sure my insurance would cover the visit, had I known that I would have had to pay so much for a 10min visit that resulted in a Rx for IBUPROFEN, I would have passed on it. Her response to me was “I don’t pick your insurance!” In the most snarkiest way. If the office visit amount wasn’t enough to keep me away, their front office staff sure was.Would never go back or refer anyone there.

Dr. Lawrence and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. They are treating my thumb. He's explained how the injury effected my thumb. He recommended treatment and explained what to expect during healing process and going forward. Thankful for his expertise.

This visit was my 2nd visit. My first visit was with Dr Cassidy and he was awesomely nice. And Dr Lawrence no exception was great also. Examined, explained and gave me what I had visited my Columbia PC for. From check in,to imaging, to Dr office all were so nice,friendly. Dr Cassidy and Dr Lawrence I'd recommend to anyone needing good orthopedic office.

First contact was excellent. Dr was excellent. Problem was X-ray. They asked me to have it before I arrived but the X-ray place had no work order. I called TOA they sent me to nurses voice mail. Left message knowing no one would return call in time. Called TOA again assured me they would get me help. This time the person I talked to said I had it wrong doctor visit first then X-ray. I told her that was not what I was told yesterday. Went to appointment with doctor they asked how X-ray went. I told them it didn’t and explained. They wanted me to do doctor visit & pay copay. I refused why if it just meant another visit after X-ray. They sent me back across town to do X-ray. I will give credit they worked me in as now I’m over an hour late for original appointment.
