List of The Goldton At Spring Hill's Reviews
Having gotten to know the leadership at The Goldton, Donna Stephens, I can say that it's at the very top of senior living in Williamson County. Donna locally and Atlas Senior Living who owns and runs this property are committed to innovation at every level of care and community for their residents. This is evidenced by the cutting edge programs that they have integrated into the resident experience. If you haven't taken a tour to see and learn about it for yourself first hand, I highly recommend doing that.
from the beginning I have been impressed with how communicative and caring the staff are. it took my mom some adjusting but I love seeing everyone loving on her every time I visit, and hearing how happy she seems when I talk to her on the phone. highly recommend!
My mother recently moved into the Goldton. Her experience has been nothing but fantastic since she moved in. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It makes me so happy to know that she’s in a place where she is well cared for and loved.!
This is the worse possible place you could leave a relative. A decent place initially when it was Traditional, when new owners and mgmt came in and it became The Goldton it went to a 0 Star. It became all about money, staff working 24 hours, nurses just handing out pills, I witnessed patients falling and other residents had to help. Staff eating patients food while patients waiting to be served. The place was filthy and resulted in my husband’s demise in 2023!. The doctor informed me less than one hour of his arrival at ER he would NOT survive. Death certificate clearly states he died from unsanitary living area! If I could turn back the clock a year and half, I would NOT leave a dog with The Goldton!!
I could not be happier with this place for my mom! She has never lived out of Memphis and the transition has been amazing. So thankful for this place. It is such a blessing!
This is not the place to send your loved ones for memory care. My father suffers from Parkinson's and the staff was not trained to handle cognitive and physically disabled residents. They would team up on him when he was having an episode that even made him more scared. Clothes were not returned after laundry and stolen. They confiscate items in his room and do not let you know or return them. Other residents and staff were in his room while he was in the hospital. They also used his room for storage while he was out. Medicine was not issued in a timely matter. He fell several times and even hit his head and went to hospital because staff is ignorant and do not care about health and well-being of residents. It would take 30-45 minutes to assist him when he pushed his pendent. Also he was sent out for everything because staff did not want to deal with him- hospital and even geriatric psyc hospital where he became extremely ill because of neglect. I would not recommend the memory care unit for your loved ones.
I placed my parents here a few months ago. They really were happy here from the get go. Food and service are top notch. Donna , the executive director, was extraordinary in her compassion and willingness to help my parents get acclimated to their new surroundings. Staff has been terrific. I highly recommend this place.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are very loving to the residents and form great relationships.
My mother is currently in the memory care section at the Goldton. I am extremely pleased with the personal and compassionate hands-on care that she receives from all the staff, as well as the way they care for every resident there. The residents on the assisted living side all seem so content and happy, and the overall atmosphere is upbeat and positive. This is critical to any facility that deals with our older population. Donna, the executive Director is a very kind and compassionate manager, and even sings and plays the piano on a regular basis for all of the residents to enjoy. The food is high quality and is managed by Patty Key, the Culinary Director. We are very fortunate to have this facility in Spring Hill🥰
Goldton is wonderful! The staff and residents are so friendly, warm and welcoming. Goldton gives you a very home-like environment since it’s not overwhelming. Everybody kinda knows everyone. I just moved my father there a month ago, and very impressed with the entire operation.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
