Went to Dr Poole years ago for plantar fasciitis and they took x-rays. I recently called asking for a copy of that x-ray that I paid for and they said they no longer have it. I also told the doc I did not want a cortisone shot as that is just a temporary fix and he gave me one anyway. Here I am still with the pain.
I can't put into words the Love I have for Dr Poole & Dr Gannon. It's not about money or popularity for them; they really care about all their patients & the comfort starts the moment you step in the clinic. ❤️
Dr.Gannon was the most caring Doctor I have ever met...she listens and gets to the root of the problem 🤗 I will be recommending her to anyone that's needs her.
I normally don't write reviews, but when you have an amazing experience I think it's important to put good out in the word and bring attention to the helpers out there. Dr. Gannon's office worked me in last minute for a toenail issue. Since the death of my dad, I have severe medical anxiety, so I'm very apprehensive, particularly of new doctors. The patient coordinator made me feel very at ease and was so kind to find a spot for me the very same day. I was immediately greeted by warmth and kindness, as well as a beautiful, clean office. The nurse took me back and I told her about my issue as well as my anxiety. She was immediately sympathetic and caring and kind. Not once did she make me feel stupid or that I was overreacting. Dr. Gannon was exactly the same way - caring, sympathetic, and kind. They both immediately put my ease as well as addressed my issue that very same day. Dr. Gannon is so talented at what she does! I'm so lucky that I found her! Her bedside manner is wonderful, and she is an incredible doctor. If I have an issue in the future I won't hesitate to go back!
If I could rate less than 1 star I would - at a cost of over $1k - I can't even get the office to call me back - I finally went to another Dr that requested the X-rays that Dr Gannon's office took (both sets) and they were photo copied and faxed over - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - now I'm stuck with a bill that I received NO service for ... DO NOT GO HERE
Thank you to Dr. Poole and the staff at University Foot & Ankle. They really care about getting the patients better and on the road to recovery.
I would rate the staff at Dr. Gannon's office, less than 1* if available. I called Wednesday, 5/11/16 to make an appointment due to acute Heel Pain/Plantar Fasciitis. I was offered an appointment in Spring Hill @ 8:00am on Thursday, 5/12/16. The telephone clerk asked me if I had met my deductible. Odd question for a consultation, treatment plan discussion, and anticipated cost. Planning a trip to Tahiti? Anyway, due to the pain, I agreed to the 8:00am appointment. When I arrived at 1003 Reserve Blvd Suite 340, Spring Hill, TN 37174, the door was locked. I called (615) 790-3323, and was told the Spring Hill office did not open until 10:00am. Furious is too mild a word. I had taken time off work to go to this appointment. Now, I am still in pain and I used my sick leave - for nothing. The telephone clerk on Thursday asked if I wanted to leave a comment. I told her no, I had nothing civil to say. Your staff is the first impression of your quality of work.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
