Williamson Pediatric Dentistry's Online Review Report Card

After moving to the area with our 5 and 8 year olds we did a lot of research to find the right dentist for our boys. Our eldest is minimally speaking Autistic and dental work has always been hard. Dr Drew and his whole staff have been incredible. From the reception staff to the nurses we could not have felt more supported and cared for, each and every step they went above and beyond. Empathetic, patient and detailed. Truly the best medical experience we’ve had by far. Could not recommend them more.

Literal angels work here! Seriously. From the moment we walked in, they made my son feel safe, comfortable, and even excited to be there. The staff is incredibly kind and patient, and they have a way of connecting with kids that puts them at ease. They take the time to explain everything in a gentle, reassuring way—not just to me, but to my child, which I really appreciate. It’s clear they truly care about their young patients. I’m so grateful we found this place—it makes all the difference knowing your child is in such good hands. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We had an incredible experience at Williamson Pediatric Dentistry recently. Our son (7 years old) has been going there for about two years, and the staff has been supportive and accommodating to anything he needs. He has high anxiety levels about dentists and doctors. Typically, lots of crying and screaming. This last trip was jaw dropping amazing. Not a single tear, or fear. He was having the best time. The hygienist who helped him was Ms. Brooke. She started in the waiting room by helping model and play “dentist visit” with his stuffies. Then they moved into a room with his permission and she asked if he would give her a cleaning! All with disposable materials, of course. He was over the moon. The ball was in his court, and he felt very comfortable. He had a seamless cleaning. I didn’t think there was any way he would do an X-Ray, but once again, Ms. Brooke was incredible and understood his need for positive and trusting social interaction. She asked him if he wanted to take pictures of her teeth. And then very happily, he took his as well. Dr. Drew does a wonderful job with our 7 year old as well as with our other children. Highly recommend this practice to any with kids. Very supportive and caring.

Dr. Drew and Angie are totally awesome. Daughter didn't feel a thing pulling 2 teeth.

The receptionist here jumped through hoops to help us with records and Insurance. The office was very clean and organized. The staff were all amazing, sweet and friendly. I appreciate being able to go back with my children and observe as they all had their teeth cleaned. I loved the environment here and felt safe and comfortable. The staff did a great job of explaining everything going on, treatment and diagnosis.

This was our dentist for our 2 kiddos and we absolutely LOVED him. The entire staff was kind and kid friendly. They sadly no longer take our kids insurance and we have been to 3 different pediatric dentists so far and none have been half as good as the experiences we got going to Williamson Pediatrics. Still looking for a new one:/ If they ever decide to accept their insurance again though, we'll come running back!

My mom had a flat tire at kroger in Columbia, tn. And a guy came up to help us during a very stressful time. I want to thank you Dr. Andrews and Mrs. Andrews for helping us to get us safely on the road back home. I can only imagine how much you care about your patients!!! Thanks again!!

I wanted to share my recent experience at Williamson Dentistry. Our son was scheduled to have two teeth pulled. As a mom, having not experienced this, I have to say I was just as nervous as my son to have this procedure done. Upon waking in the office we were greeted warmly by the receptionist. We found a quiet spot to sit and waited to be called. After a few short minutes we were called to the back. The office staff directed us to a private room where our son was able to recline in the dental chair and watch his choice of favorite TV show. Dr.Drew entered the room and sat down next to our son and just chatted to him for a few minutes to take the edge off. He took a peek in his mouth and explained the numbing process on his level that he could easily understand. Dr. Drew was so patient and kind. I feel like he treated our son like he was his own. He was so gentle. He took his time extracting the two teeth, removing each one with delicately. His professionalism and expertise was truly top notch. I would absolutely recommend anyone to his practice. Dr. Drew and his office staff definitely get an A++ rating from us.

I recently had another dentist offer very aggressive treatment for my daughter. I decided to seek a second opinion and was recommended Williamson Pediatric. Angie was so helpful, after tons of hoops to jump through with my insurance she managed to sort everything out, she went above and beyond to help us. Dr. Drew was amazing as well, he re-evaluated my daughters teeth and had far less aggressive solutions with a lot of advice and information backing it. As a mom I felt very comfortable at this dentist. I would recommend anyone looking for a pediatric dentist to try Williamson pediatric.
