Willow Springs Senior Living's Online Review Report Card

While my mother no longer is a resident of Willow Springs, she was there for just over a year and we were very happy with this assisted living facility. Ranesha and her staff were always very helpful whenever my mom had any issues. As her daughter, they were always great at keeping me notified if they ever had concerns they needed to share with me. The nurses always took great care of her and kept me up to date with how my mom was doing. They have a full calendar of great daily activities and also events they hold throughout the year. The location is very peaceful and quiet and was thankful that my mother had a safe and lovely place to live.

I have had a loved one at The Arbors (memory care side of the facility) for over a year now and I am so pleased with the care provided. I am glad I was in a rush to find a place and did not go off of the very few reviews on Google because this place by far deserves a 5 star rating. Just take a look at their FB page to see all of the activities they provide and you will also notice the majority of the staff stay the same. It takes a very special person to care for those with dementia and Alzheimers and the staff here go above and beyond to love on their residents. The facility itself could use some updating, but it is clean and well maintained. I am so thankful for Willow Springs!

I’m a door dasher and I delivered an order to Leila last night. I’m seen on camera handing her the food and she falsely reported me claiming she never Recieved her order, and used a fake phone number to contact me to tell her to meet her at the front door. I’m disabled and this is my only form of work I can do currently. Her false report could cost me my job. I’ve done 1,400 deliveries and have a 5 star rating and a spotless record because I value the work I’ve found I can do- and she is scamming innocent hard workers. She’s working here to care for loved ones? That worries me

This place is amazing! My 94 year old Grandfather moved here from Northern California in December and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It's affordable and the level of care is outstanding! The people who work here definitely love what they do and they're passionate about their work. My Grandpa isn't always the easiest to deal with, so I have the utmost respect for the caregivers here. They have loads of patience and genuinely care about our elderly folks. If you're looking for a good place for your loved one, that won't break the bank, be sure to check this one out.

For anyone needing care for an aging family member, Willow Springs is the best possible choice. The staff from administration, nursing, health care assistants, activities director, housekeeping and dining, were caring, loving and attentive to mom's needs and always available to answer any questions or concerns. In the year mom was in their care, she was happy, loved and engaged in the many activities they provided. In all of my time visiting mom I never heard anyone, resident or staff, speak in a raised voice or harsh tone. The sounds that greeted me were those of laughter and friendly conversation. Thanks again for the love and care mom received.

We are so thankful for our family member to be a part of this community. The staff is caring, compassionate, and kind. They understand the aging process, the health transitions, and know how to navigate when our family member has a bad case of the grumpies. In addition, the administrator is easy to work with and proactive in her leadership style. The Director of Nurses communicates and relays information to family. Admin and staff have exceeded every expectation that we had. This is an absolutely wonderful place, and we highly recommend it to anyone who is considering a senior living facility.
