Took my 13 year old in on 9/9/23 and this is a wonderful urgent care! We were visiting with family and debated traveling back to the state we live in for care but opted to give this place a try due to the high ratings, so glad we did! - very clean - kind staff from checkin, vitals, and Doctor herself - little wait time - did not just throw medicine at us, but truly cared about getting to the bottom of the issue - listened to us, gave at home remedy advice to do, and even though he was negative for rapid strep test, the Doctor was extra thorough and didn’t brush us aside but did another throat culture to send out (glad she did as 4 days later it came back positive for strep B and antibiotics were put in for us even though at that time we went home out of state) - this team were so patient with us and super sweet/kind despite us being there so close to closing and caused them to state late, they weren’t resentful or irritated at us, but treated us so kindly and professionally - we had such a positive experience that I will always use them if in need of urgent care even visiting family in the future. It’s hard to find this kind of old school care & genuine concern and help now days
