It took me a long time to find a doctor I liked wouldn't want anyone else. Dr.Cantrell listens and answers any questions you have. She and her staff are the best.

CAROL CANTRELL, MD Is not a good doctor. I recently moved my mom from this doctor to Dr. Rainwater in Springfield, TN due to the fact that Ms. Cantrell never followed up on the ultrasound that my mom had done the week before. If she had read the ultrasound she would have known that mom needed more tests. Not the don’t worry results she received. Also my mom was told to make her own appointments (which would have not been until Nov) instead of being referred. We had to go to another ER to get real results and while they weren’t results we wanted to hear we knew what was true and what we needed to do. My mom has stage 3 ovarian cancer, tumors in her stomach and on her liver. We are currently going through chemo (started Oct. 26) because we changed doctors and they listened. I honestly think if mom had kept seeing CAROL CANTRELL mom would be dead within a year without ever knowing what was truly going on! Please use your best judgements and if something doesn’t seem right trust yourself to get a second opinion!

I have been going to Dr. Cantrell for about 10yrs. She has been an absolute patient and understanding Dr. Always there when I need her. And the staff is by far the friendliest and most helpful when needed.

Quick to prescribe anything, had my on 3 different antidepressants at once plus 90 2mg Xanax, should have her license taken away! The type that causes addiction

Dr. Can tell is a wonderful doctor. She is kind and very caring. She answers all my questions. The women who answers the phone is rude and down right mean. I dread calling the office. I found another doctor who has a great staff.

Dr. Cantrell, Cricket, Martha and the entire staff are amazing. She has been the only family doctor we have had for 10+ years. Dr. C is very compassionate and has always taken care of all our medical needs. She is awesome!!!
