I’ve been several times the first time I went I don’t have symptoms of Covid nor the flu but they tested me anyway an on top of that the lady stuck both sticks at one time in each nostril , they checked me in under someone else’s name and got upset when I noticed that I was not the person she was supposed to be see the lady she was supposed to be seeing was gone , they labeled me as her just because her name was Aubriana .

I didn’t feel like they were listening to me. They refused to do certain testing or send swabs out to another lab for further testing even though my throat is nearly swollen shut. The tech’s were really pleasant and understanding but the nurse practitioner did not communicate well or take her time with the examination.
