Call continuously trying to get me to schedule tests I already had. Left does not know what the right is doing. Lose faxes from other medical facilities. Never an apology. Never again!

If you have true sciatic pain to the point that I have to pick my husband up out of the tub, (when u r 5’1 and 114lbs ) now also has to drive with epilepsy because his leg pain is too bad on his right leg to drive. Give them a pain medication to last threw the weekend until a URGENT appt to a NEUROSURGEON next week! He’s had 4 pain shots in his back, ER visit, phone calls for an MRI for a week and still didn’t order it like the neurosurgeon wants, been to physical therapy when we have NO money for it. Why cant you see between somebody who truly needs it and who is faking for it. Nobody who wants a fix will pay over thousands of dollars OUT OF POCKET for 3 days worth of pain meds to get through the weekend. This place is not a place to go if you have actual pain and in medical need of care. MRIs will show what’s wrong why don’t you learn how to order one properly. I will never go to this clinic again.

Dr. Pennington has cared for my family and myself for quite some time. He is a wonderful man who truly cares for and about his patients. Some people have mentioned the wait times may be too long. I wont complain about waiting, because I have been the patient he spent the extra time with, just listening, because that was really what was needed. He is a tremendous Doctor who will go to great lengths to provide care needed. A real gentleman with his patients dignity and needs at the forefront of his care. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need a a general practitioner.

would not see me because i have TennCare. Im a full time college student and work 30 hours a week i think i deserve insurance at least im not takin the government for everything they have!
