When arriving, I shared the purpose of my visit was to obtain medication refills. As my son also needed refills of a prescribed medication, he also signed in. In this day & age, the front desk staff could not download or retrieve his insurance info from the card saved to his phone. Since the placard in front indicated that they did physicals as well as provide family practice care, I was never told that my request for refills would only be enough for me to establish care with another doctor until physically being seen by the provider. Since my son was completely out of meds, we sucked it up & payed the $75 for 3 months worth of meds. The Nurse Practitioner was pleasant. But even though NPs provide primary care many places, the NP said that she could not provide prescriptions for a stable chronic illness for longer than 3 months despite doing a physical exam on my 20 year old son. May be an acceptable place for a cold but do not think that the signs indicating family care are accurate. Save your money & go to a real doctor's office.

Dr Browning is GREAT! T .Leanne Hutson is a nurse practitioner and SHE IS DA💣!! My family has been going here, they are actually a PCP not just an urgent care! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Administrative personnel are always very accommodating. Dr. Browning is very friendly, understanding and is a good listener. He never seems to be rushed with my visits. He knows me by my full name and the health issues we have worked through. His kind, professional attitude makes for a good visit - no matter the outcome or diagnosis.
