Registration is absolutely slow and sad. One person and five offices. Reflects the quality of your expectations of care. Run from this place ER terrible I wouldnt recommend any TriStar group from my last two visits

North crest medical has got to be the WORSE hospital I have ever witnessed in my entire life I come from Nashville where I’ve been to almost every hospital in the city and have NEVER been treated like I have tonight at north crest Not one single nurse came and checked on me once I got taken back to my room to be seen by the doctor NOT ONE for 5 FREAKING hours checked on me Not a single vital was taken not a single Tylenol was given for the horrid pain I was in I was locked in a inmate room that had 2 cameras in it not a single phone where I had a call button to call for a nurse it was a absolute nightmare I would not take my 3 legged blind one kidney half dead hamster to a place like this This facility is a piss poor example of a hospitalemergency room and all of its employees should be fired So beware if your in pain and in desperate need of help or hell even dying. Don’t waste your time. Your NOT and WILL NOT be a priority ever to these people.

Nurses in ER great. The ER doctor let me go home with my blood pressure at 170 over 110. Said the cuff didn’t always work right

Horrible my daughter had a high fever of 105 they didnt give me a room for her they said there was no room available to wait in the lobby horrible

If I could give my experience a zero I would I was just there and saw a doctor named John Keith. He was rude unprofessional and lied to me about my health. He told me the ER only did cat scans for emergencies. Explained I had already been to one hospital a few days ago for having a bad reaction to the vaccine and was told if my chest kept hurting to go to the nearest emergency room I went to another hospital where I’m currently being told never to go back there I could have died. Don’t ever let him assist in your health care I wouldn’t let him see my dog

Everyone in same day surgery was wonderful Dr. Shana Dowell is an angel. Thanks to everyone for being so sweet and taking such good care of me today❤️

Nursing staff in same day surgery didn’t do their jobs. One nurse attempted to give my diabetic husband regular soda. He can’t have that. The nurses failed to check his blood sugar before releasing him. The short time to get him home and check it the sugar was at 397. This should have been checked. They knew from the get go he was diabetic. The preop nurses started the phone call before surgery telling me my husband was 5 ft 3 in. Not hardly
