Dr. Wicke was amazing great experience🙂

I felt comfortable and safe in the care of Casey and Dr. Wicke. They answered my questions were patient and listened to my concerns and did important little things to increase my comfort. My tooth extraction went smoothly. The hour drive to the practice was worth it I’m grateful for the good care.

During pandemic... Son had 2 small procedures and the whole experience with them was amazing. Dr. Tommy Koen refered us and I am so very glad he did. Receptionist are amazing very helpful and knowledgeable with everything. Same for the nursing staff and doctors. My son and I never felt unaware or unsure of what was happening. We never had to wait much at all. Appointment times were exactly what they are suppose to be. Once I think we had to wait but we were informed doc had a pressing matter and it still wasnt unreasonable. They called and checked on us next day. Great experience. Highly recommend

Dr. Cone and the OMS Springfield Brentwood and Gallatin office’s were all great Friendly nice and finished two of my wisdom teeth without any problems right before the Holidays Highly Recommend.

My son was absolutely terrified to have all of his wisdom teeth removed today and thanks to the staff and Dr. Richardson he made it through and cannot stop talking about how good they did. In his words Dr. Richardson is a god. Me as the mom am very impressed because Dr. Richardson called after hours to check on my son. When is the last time any doctor did that? Thumbs up and kudos to OMS in Springfield

Had a very pleasant experience very kind personnel

I went in worried they gave me a shot to relax me the next thing I knew I was going to the car. Recovery is always more painful especially if you are out during the operation ... Friendly staff that seems genuinely concerned.

The new office was very nice and clean. My son had his wisdom teeth out. He was called back just a few minutes after his appointment time and we were done within an hour. The procedure went well. I have two suggestions to enhance the experience for the patient. 1 Call in electronically send the prescriptions to the pharmarcy before the patient leaves the office so they are ready to be picked up. 2 It would have been comforting to have the nurse call a few hours after the procedure to check on the patient. I had a few questions come up that I failed to ask at the appointment. Otherwise the experience was great.

I was very scared going in for my procedure. The staff and the doctor made me feel so comfortable. They were truly concerned about my comfort. The procedure was done with little discomfort and I felt safe. I will definitely recommend OMS to all my friendsfamily.
