Office staff was extremely rude on the phone.
Office staff is extremely rude on the phone when making an appointment.
Jan of 2022. Terrible office. They can't do anything right. Visits scheduled wrong. Actually billed my old insurance provider from 2021 even after telling them multiple times I had changed insurance companies and gave them my info. Then told me it was my problem to correct. All but called us liars when we tried to get them to correct their mistakes. Even made threats to send the bills to collections on me. I believe the girls name was Leslie. They made me take an "in home" sleep test and messed that up which then made me take a test at the hospital. Charging me for both. After the sleep study was complete, it was determined I needed a CPap machine and a dehumidifier. That was 6 months ago and I have yet to see either. Still waiting after SIX MONTHS!!! It's people like this that gives NorthCrest a bad reputation. I could die in my sleep waiting for the breathing machine. Very unhappy with this office and highly recommend going elsewhere. I would if it wasn't for the money they have cost me already.
Great Dr but office visits take way too long. Over an hour before you even see him.
Bought a nebulazer and am being billed by the Medical supply company even though I paid the office in in full and now they're saying it's my problem and I never dealt with the medical company the doctor's office did very unprofessional makes me wonder are they double dipping on the billing very bad practice for this office
Dr Chadalavada is an excellent Dr. He is very informative, efficient and most of all he really cares for all of his patients. His PA Michelle is a wonderful asset as well. She is very caring and efficient as well. They make you feel like you're the most important patient they have. Their office staff is great , they are efficient and helpful. I would recommend their office to anyone looking for a great Dr.
Dr Chad has treated my mom and my husband. He and his staff are caring and have gone above and beyond to care for them.
Dr Chad is an excellent doctor, He always answers my questions fully, He is very kind and patient, always thinking and listening to me, gives advise on my health, And how to do things better. Orders tests he feels is appropriate for me with full explanations. Through with exams and questions.I have been his patient for nearly seven years and I trust him with my care!
Genuine and caring practitioners. Both Michele Potter and Dr Chad are great, and I always feel very comfortable and valued here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
