I booked my 1st lip flip with Autumn after a friend tagged me in one of Skinriched's posts. I am so glad I did! The space is so clean & pretty. And, Autumn was kind & knowledgable, she explained the process to a tee & answered all of my questions that I didn't even know I had lol (such as timing of when my results would show & how long they would last & how the procedure would feel). Here I am 3 days later feeling confident with my pouty upper lip :) If you have thin lips, especially, def try this service out. It's a great intro into what you can have done here to make yourself feel & look better!

I had a wonderful experience with Hayley! My first ever Botox treatment, so I was a little nervous. She did an amazing job explaining everything, and she is an expert injector. I loved my results and I can highly recommend skinriched!

Very disappointing experience and a waste of $50 consulting fee. I am sure if you need fillers this place is great, but not for more advanced skin conditions that need more advanced interventions. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the person who spoke to me was sweet, but they should not be in a consulting position if they cannot answer the questions. I had a few questions and concerns about a treatment she said someone else at the office could provide and had questions about alternate options she could not provide and her comment was just, "I don't do that treatment". There were a few more issues, but the main point really is that the physician who oversees this skin care practice for the more advanced types of treatments should be involved in the consulting session so questions can be answered appropriately.
