So much going on at this place and admin doesn't handle things professionally at all I was let go over he say she say when I had passion and enthusiasm as a maintenance. Guy I hope this place in Springfield thrives because the way it's going now it won't make it I should've transferred when I had the chance but didn't want to let the residence down but God Bless this company

My mom has been living at Springfield Heights for 3 months. She absolutely loves it!! The staff is excellent, everyone is very friendly, patient, kind and respectful to all the residents. We definitely chose the right senior community for mom.

My mom loves living at Springfield Heights. She is so happy with the activities and staff. They are so polite and helpful and include her in the activities. They come and get her each day so she can participate. The food is good and the accommodations are clean and nice. I recommend Springfield Heights for your family.

Springfield heights is a fabulous assisted living place. Always clean! The staff is super helpful and informative. Fantastic place to be!

I have been going there over a year taking my dog every Friday and the residents love her. This facility is just like a second home to me. The staff is wonderful. Sometimes I just stop in without my dog to say HI. The residents and staff are so welcoming. The rooms are so nice that are each personalized just as an apartment. I have nothing but praise for Springfield Heights.
