lovely staff, very quick and polite. I would recommend to anyone. they really care and are just all around wonderful group of people. the nurses are very gentle when prepping for treatment, very caring, sweet, and VERY patient. I'm highly anemic so trying to get a needle in me is very difficult lol. but there all very great, front desk, doctors, nurses and the lab ladies.

None of the staff have to be vaccinated. They say they care but their lack of concern for cancer patients who are immune-compromised shows otherwise. Make your staff get vaccinated!

I started going there but didn't stay. The staff was not very caring and they didn't seem to care. You are in and out, nothing more. I saw one nurse giving an elderly patient a hard time because she didn't understand what was being told to her. She finally got frustrated and walked away from the patient. It's unfortunate that Springfield has no other local choices for their care. I found such better choices in Nashville and took the extra time to go there instead. I'm glad I did.

The doctors are great, the staff gets an F. Cold, impersonal, uncaring. Scowl faces like they hate their jobs, tHey only want to administer meds and get you out. Sick? Who cares. They'll ignore you while you throw up in the trash can. Upset? They can't be bothered with finding out why. My first visit they left me literally crying in a chair over an hour and walked past me like I was a piece of furniture ignoring me until THEY felt like dealing with me. Every visit except for a few, errors were made from carelessness (they refuse to read a chart) and I ended up micromanaging my own care to RNs who should know better. Complaining falls on deaf ears. I would never recommend this service. Find another oncologist. Cancer is nothing to act so cAvalier about like that staff does. Go somewhere else.
