Ashlin Paz's Online Review Report Card

The doctor seemed friendly but seems it takes an act of congress to get a script filled. My daughter had an appointment two days ago and we are still having to repeatedly call and ask to get her prescription filled. They don’t even have enough respect to talk to me, I have to go through the person that answers the phone and let her go ask them and come back to me. Now I’m told, it should be called in at some point today. Not very professional at all. If I have to beg for a prescription to be filled, that tells me we need to find my daughter a new doctor. UPDATE/9-29-22/ So now we are having an issue with a bill from back in May. So I received a bill a while back saying that insurance had paid their part and they need me to pay the remainder, I can tell by looking at the amount that insurance had not paid anything. So I immediately called my daughters insurance company and I’m told they have received nothing from this doctor. They call the doctors office and are told that The claim had been denied. So now which is it, the claim was denied or the insurance paid their part? So the insurance company thinks they have this straightened out and the doctors office is going to send them what they need to pay the bill. Now here it is the end of September And I receive another bill letting me know how late the payment is and they need me to pay the bill. So I called the insurance company again yesterday and of course they still have received nothing from the doctors office. They Tried calling the doctors office again today and she said after getting a bunch of runaround she had to leave a voicemail for a man name Steve. How in gods name do you get these people to submit to the insurance company so they can pay the bill? Ridiculous!

She is the absolute best OB/GYN I’ve ever had! I delivered my first child at a big hospital in Knoxville and would choose Dr. Paz and her amazing staff over and over again. Everyone from labor and delivery nurses to anesthesia was so incredibly caring, gentle, and compassionate. You’re not just another number. I love that I can talk to Dr. Paz just like she’s a close friend. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Paz!!

If I could give Dr. Paz 10 stars I would! She is truly amazing. She delivered my baby last summer and i couldn’t have asked for a better Doctor or experience. She always takes the time to listen to me and answer questions I may have. She has ALWAYS made me feel so comfortable. If you’re looking for a great OBGYN I highly recommend her!
