The staff was so kind and friendly, and doctor was too,I want to thank them again for being so kind all of them I'm still in pain but not as bad still hurts behind my need and down my calfs and at the back of heel and in my buttocks but not as bad as it was. Thank you again

We've been there several times. This past time the lady doctor sent the meds to the wrong pharmacy. I called myself to see if the pharmacy could have it switched to the right place. They said that the doctor had to call and have it switched over. So when the nurse called back she told me that the doctor refused to have the meds sent again to the right pharmacy that's on all of our paperwork and that I confirmed with her before we left. A month ago we saw the dr there and they said my daughter had a viral infection. 2 DAYS LATER we had to go to Children's Hospital and she was in the first stages of kidney failure due to having a uti which i asked them to test for. We will not be returning. We loved Houston, he's a great doctor. But the nursing staff and the older female doctor make it not worth going back there ever again.

They refused us service. My 8 year old had strep throat, and they denied him treatment. Oh, unless I had $150 to pay on the spot. Maybe it was because we were from up north, I'm not sure. I'm almost positive that refusing medical treatment to someone the way they did is ILLEGAL. They might want to get on top of that before they're sued. Plus the receptionist was extremely rude. So much for southern hospitality!
