I've been seeing Dr. Johnson since 2000, Most amazing, caring, thorough Doctor ever! "Arrah Ford" is pretty darn awesome too!!! ❤

I was seen by Aaray Ford in Dr.Johnsons office for the most part over a 10 year period. I love Aaray, in the fact that she is very nice and sweet, but over the last 2 years I repeatedly couldn't get my prescription refills called in, this after the week before being in for my 3 month diabetic follow up appointments and bloodwork. Dr.Johnson knew this had been a repeated problem I was having,yet still chose to take her staffs side when I repeatedly informed her of the situation. Also the few times I saw Dr.Johnson herself she was always very snobbish,rude,and dismissive. One time telling me my ear and fack skin dry was from the winter wind,although I told her it was staying dry,and flaking off,even bleeding constantly for over the last year constantly. There were more dismissive reactions from her on other things as well, like you were making it up or something, like my side pain, that ended up requiring major back surgery. I definitely would never recommend her to anyone !!!

Very highly recommend Dr. Johnson, she is a wonderful, caring doctor who takes time with you to fully understand and deal with your medical issue.

We had a Very good visit with Dr. Johnson and Arrah Ford, NP. We are, however having an issue with getting back in contact with a nurse, to have my insulin medication resolved and a prescription called in. I do not like their phone system, at all. I love the doctor, NP, and staff. Hate the phone system

Dr. Johnson has poor bedside manner and refused to see me after I went to another doctor for a treatment she did not provide. I guess it's her way or no way. There was no written policy about see other doctors and I was blindsided...also Google chose to remove my review of her from their listing. So I now trust none of their reviews.

Watch Dr. Johnson's unwritten policies! I went outside the pratice for a treament she doesn't offer and she refuses to seem me for anything now. No written policy on this this and was given no options close to the treatment I was after.

Having been treated by Dr Johnson for over 10 years, I can not imagine any doctor more caring and knowledgeable than her. She has helped me and my family more than I can describe. She gets involved in patient care and is willing to fight insurance companies for her patients. She practices in a historic home which makes patients feel very comfortable and at home. She employs staff with high levels of education. I can't imagine going to anyone else for my care.
