Good hospital with caring staff

Elderly mom, on oxygen was told appointment for a procedure was at 9:45 am. This was for their convenience. We left after 4 hour for a procedure (including labs and prep) requiring 1 hour. Then, if you complain about it, you get attitude. Be very careful to not be negative. We never have this issue with her primary care Doctor that practices inside Sweetwater hospital

My son was seeing a pediatrician there until the mask mandate. The person at the coe office threatened my husband bc of the masks and told him to come to the hostital and they will fight . It is a religious belief not to wear a mask and they threw us out and told us not to come back. The Bible says not to hide your face from the Lord. Your worried about covid but not spreading blood? He also had the cop from the hospital come to my house right after. Just want you to know these people are corrupt and to be careful if you chose to go here.

I was a patient there for 3 months with covid. The staff there treated me like family. I am still friends with some of them. I highly recommend this hospital!

Got a bill for a $360 bill 8 months after my yearly check up when I have insurance. They never billed my insurance. When I called and asked why I have bill for it, they said my insurance my was "inactive". But when I called and checked myself everything was fine and nothing has changed.

Sweetwater has made so many of “Tennessee’s worst” the hospital is no different.

I would give this a zero star if possible. Every time I come here I have a bad experience from everyone except the actual doctors. The nurses, front desk, etc are all extremely rude and treat you differently depending on how you look or your medications. I had a panic attack because how an elderly nurse who shouldn't even still be working treated me when I was bleeding heavily. I AM FED UP WITH THIS HOSPITAL AND WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!

I would give zero stars if possible had the worse hospital experience me or my wife have ever had they kept us in the dark about everything and kept my wife there 10 hours without any food and only allowed her one small cup of water to drink for no medical reason. she has been there for a little over 24 hours now and she still hasn't even seen a doctor and alot of other things have happened about falsifying information about my wife. Needless to say I've already been in contact with a lawer.

Don't recommend this place!! Placed in a closet of a room, left sitting for over 3 hrs with no dr or nurses no info while dr and nurses have themselves a grand time huddled at the desk not doing their jobs! Bledso is the worst doctor I have personally came across.
