I am choosing to use nice words compared to the ones I’d like to use. Laziness and Ignorance are what work here. I think I’d rather take that long drive to a normal doctor or nurses that at least act like they know what they’re doing working there.

The staff may be nice but the waiting is unacceptable. Have an 830 appointment get here 15 minutes early Its 930 still waiting. Went in 10 minutes ago to see how much longer was told they were cleaning a room. This is for a yearly check up that they rescheduled from last month.This is ridiculous. My son is missing school and this is my only day off. I have a lot to do today. We do have lives that require scheduled appointments to be on time.

This place is a joke for appointments.we had a 245 appointment. They let us come in at 320 and are still waiting to see a Dr. Why the hell do yall schedule appointment.

It never fails..... every single time we come here it takes hours. We make appointments and arrive early doesn’t matter. It can be something as simple as getting a booster and still there is a wait. They over schedule patients and then everyone suffers. The absolute worst place I have ever been to and will no longer be using them. If you a year to spend waiting in an over crowded lobby yes make an appointment.
